Arrests

Marsha Douyon, of 36 Newhall St., was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, larceny by check, larceny and malicious destruction of property at 12:32 p.m. Wednesday.

Dale Lundquist, 48, of 101 Lynnway, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon at 1:20 p.m. Tuesday.

Victor Mercedes, 24, of 176 Hamilton Ave., was arrested and charged with attempted murder and armed robbery at 11:37 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of a larceny at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday at 7 Belle Ave.

A report of a robbery at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday on Ontario Street.

A report of motor vehicle theft at 8 a.m. Wednesday at 21 Holyoke St.

MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

A caller reported at 7:51 a.m. on Tuesday that his vehicle was broken into overnight on McKinley Road. The caller reported nothing was taken from the vehicle.

A caller reported a contractor fell from a roof on Preston Beach Road at 3:29 p.m. on Tuesday. First responders stated there might have been a possible neck fracture. Chief Picariello said the contractor fell about 12 feet but was up and walking around when officers arrived. The contractor was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital.

A report of a possible opioid overdose at Leo Road at 4:05 p.m. on Tuesday.

A caller reported she locked her house on Tuesday morning and when she got home her cat was outside. The caller stated she was having a dispute with her landlord and is in the process of being evicted so she believes that he went into her house when she wasn’t home. Responding officers spoke to the landlord who said he went by the house but didn’t go in.

A caller from the Harbormaster’s office called to let Marblehead Police Department know that they have a capsized boat on a mooring. It was described as a 20-foot black bottom, white hull. The caller stated the Trading Company handled the boat on Wednesday morning.

A caller reported a package was delivered to their house and someone took it off their porch on Rowland Street at 7:32 p.m. on Wednesday.

A caller reported a male dragging a basketball hoop down Lafayette Street at 8 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers talked to the male who stated he was putting it out to give away.

A walk-in reported that her car was keyed and had no known suspects in mind. They stated the car was parked on Central Street at her mom’s house when she noticed it.

PEABODY

Summons

A summons to appear in court was issued on Tuesday at 10:29 a.m. to Leah Leblanc, 31, of 45 Garden Road, for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and driving with an expired license following a crash at 502 Lowell St. and 2 Peabody Road.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 6:15 p.m. Monday on Aborn Street. Fallon Ambulance Co. took one of the victims to the hospital.

On Monday at 7:35 p.m. a motor vehicle crash was reported on Route 128 North with airbag deployment. State Police on the scene.

Caller reported a motor vehicle crash on Tuesday at 8:25 a.m. at Dearborn Road and Overlook Trail. Four Star Towing Service and Atlantic Ambulance Service were contacted by police.

Motor vehicle crash reported on Tuesday at 9:06 a.m. on Lake Street. Officer reports no tows required.

A two-car motor vehicle crash was reported on Tuesday at 9:10 a.m. at 3 Coolidge Ave. and 112 Lynn St. One operator taken to Beverly Hospital.

A two-car crash was reported on Tuesday at 10:29 a.m. at 502 Lowell St. and 2 Peabody Road. Operator of the second vehicle and a juvenile passenger were taken to the Lahey Medical  Center. See summons of Leah Leblanc.

Caller reported a motor vehicle crash on Tuesday at 12:42 p.m. at 52 Central St. and 2 Warren St.

Animal Control

Two calls received on Tuesday at 8:27 a.m. about a loose, black dog with a leash attached at the Container Store at 210 Andover St. Animal Control officer unavailable. Mall security will check.

Caller left a voicemail for the Animal Control officer that a dog was found with license no. 1001 on Tuesday at 12:52 p.m. Caller left phone number to be contacted by owner.

Complaints

A well-being check was requested on Monday at 5:16 p.m. from a caller who said a woman was walking in the woods near 4 Eastman Park with a green trash bag and a confused look. Officer checked but could not locate anyone fitting that description.

Report of a woman passed out under a pink blanket on Monday at 6:41 p.m. at the U.S. Post Office at 13 Wallis St. Officer spoke to the woman who refused assistance.

A disturbance was reported on Tuesday at 3:24 a.m. at the Charles Motel at 4 Mill St., unit 9. Officer reports two women were in a verbal argument but had since separated.

Caller reports there is an out-of-control 4-year-old being fresh at 8 Swampscott Ave., Apt. 1. On Tuesday at 1:14 p.m. Officer spoke with the mother and the problem has been resolved.

Overdose

Caller reports possible overdose on Monday at 8:36 p.m. at the North Shore Mobile Villa at 161 Newbury St., Apt. 26. Officer confirmed overdose and patients was taken to Lahey Medical Center.

Vandalism  

Caller reported someone keyed her car on Monday at 4:44 p.m. at 400 Brooksby Village Drive. Officer will document.

Report of an elevator and some property was damaged on Monday at 5:03 p.m. Officer will document.

Call from City Hall on Tuesday at 9:45 a.m. reports a monument vandalized at the Lake.

Property manager at 64 Foster St. reports two women drawing hearts on the building with chalk on Tuesday at 11:09 a.m.

Arrests

Jason E. Leach, 41, of 295 Main St., Apt. 6, Reading, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug.

Brett Eugiene Labriola, 25, of 65 Spring St., Wakefield, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and possession of a Class A drug.

Jason C. Dulcetta, 31, of 4 Jordan St., Apt. 1, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

A report of a motor vehicle crash on Washington Avenue at 1:55 a.m. Tuesday; at Dunkin Donuts on Beach Street at 2:36 a.m. Tuesday; at Rossetti Street and Broadway at 8:49 a.m. Tuesday; at 29 Ocean Ave. at 2:18 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of threats on Harris Street at 2:54 p.m. Tuesday; at Revere Fire Department Central Station at 3:12 p.m. Tuesday.

Overdose

A report of a possible overdose on Furlong Drive at 5:39 p.m. Tuesday.

Theft

A report of shoplifting from Target on Furlong Drive at 5:23 p.m. Tuesday; from Burlington Coat Factory on Squire Road at 9:04 p.m. Tuesday.  

SAUGUS

Arrests

Alexandria Lynn Duran, 30, of 99 Warren Ave., Apt. 2, Brockton, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for operating under the influence, and leaving the scene of property damage.

Boban Marinkovic, 30, of 170 Morton St., Boston, was arrested on warrant charges.

Robert L. Matthis, 36, of 20 Burrill St., was arrested and charged with possession of a Class E drug, a knife violation, no inspection sticker, and unregistered motor vehicle.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash at Walnut and Elm streets at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday; at Prince Restaurant on Broadway at 12:48 p.m. Tuesday.

Complaints

A caller from Sake Restaurant reported someone dumped construction waste in their dumpster at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday.

A bridge operator reported the Fox Hill Bridge was stuck open at 10:51 a.m. Tuesday.

A report of a fight in progress between two men at Burger King at 2:52 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of a person or persons in a vehicle at Dunkin Donuts smoking marijuana at 5:32 p.m. Tuesday.

A caller reported she returned home from work to find blood on the stairs leading to her front door on Founders Way at 7:39 p.m. Tuesday. Police report they do not believe it is blood. No further information was available from Saugus Police.
