A fire alarm sounded at 109 Lowell St. by a caller who reported smoke in the building on Monday at 11:35 a.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.
Paramedics were called to Whole Foods Market at 100 Market St. on Monday at 11:41 a.m. to assist a 60-year-old woman.
Caller reported an elderly woman cut her leg at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. on Monday at 2:01 p.m. Officer reports woman was taken to the hospital.
On Monday at 5:56 p.m. a caller from 856 Salem St. reported her neighbor is locked out of her home and her husband is bedridden.
Property check at St. Maria Goretti Church on Chestnut Street found a car parked in the lot. Police report owner said car is disabled and will be removed in the morning.

A caller reported they just moved into their new home on Ocean Avenue and they found ammunition at 10:32 a.m. on Monday. Responding officers arrived and removed the ammunition.
A caller reported at 1:24 p.m. on Monday that she believed someone may have taken her purse from her vehicle on Atlantic Avenue sometime in the morning. She stated to the dispatcher that she was unsure.
A caller reported, at 2:16 p.m. on Monday, a possible scam involving a friend of his who was a teacher in Marblehead. He stated the scam was through Facebook about being a CSDA government grant winner and would have to pay a processing fee of $1,500 to access the winnings.
A caller reported “two Hispanic teens” who were riding bikes and harassing people in the parking lot near Pleasant Street at 3:42 p.m. on Monday. The caller stated they were also preventing vehicles from entering the parking lot. Responding officers found no one in the area.
A caller reported a scam at 4:09 p.m. on Monday that involved people claiming to be from the IRS who have been calling her twice a day and threatening to arrest her if she doesn’t pay. The dispatcher advised her not to give out any information and to hang up.
A caller reported an elderly woman thumbing for a ride on Elm Street near Digital Docs at 5:38 p.m. on Monday. The woman was picked up by a friend and brought home soon after.
A caller reported his car was broken into, but nothing was taken, on Cleveland Road at 7:29 a.m. on Tuesday.
