Arrests

Noeleen Barry, 58, of 5 Cherry Court, Swampscott, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of property damage at 12:05 a.m. on Friday.

Janelle Boulay, 30, of 21 Michigan Ave., was arrested and charged with a city knife violation ordinance at 7:50 p.m. on Thursday.

Jody Coffin, 34, of 81 Broad St., was arrested on warrant charges of possession of a Class B drug, shoplifting by asportation, and receiving stolen property. Coffin was also charged with a default warrant and failure to appear upon recognizance at 8:03 a.m. on Friday.

Elvin Coreano-Figueroa, of 8 Chase St., was arrested on warrant charges of two counts of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and unarmed robbery at 7:35 a.m. on Friday.

Wendy Filkins, 55, of 91 Congress St., Amesbury, was arrested on warrant charges of armed robbery, trespassing, larceny from building, and charged with out of town warrants at 1:54 p.m. on Thursday.

Nicole Johnson, of 221 Curwin Circle, was arrested on warrant charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise worth over $250, violation of an abuse prevention order, and assault and battery on a person over 60 years old or a disabled person at 11:21 a.m. on Thursday.

James Kalloger, 31, of 14 Fernwood Ave., was arrested and charged with breaking and entering nighttime for felony and receiving stolen property under $1,200 at 7:33 a.m. on Friday.

Eric Noyola, 23, of 44 Arlington St., was arrested on warrant charges of firearm violation with one prior violent, receiving stolen property under $1,200, carrying a firearm without a license, and charged with a straight warrant at 12:44 p.m. on Friday.

LYNNFIELD

Accident

A motor vehicle crash was reported on Thursday at 8:49 a.m. at Condon Circle. Officer reports no personal injury, operators exchanged information.

Complaints

Caller reported an unregistered trailer was parked on Lakeview Drive on Thursday at 11:49 a.m. Officer reports vehicle has a license plate.

Report of a child out of control at Our Lady of Assumption School at 40 Grove St. on Thursday at 11:56 a.m. The Fire Department reported patient refusal.

Request from 375 North Broadway, Apt. 2-209 to enforce a court order that had been violated by a neighbor on Thursday at 12:26 p.m. Officer reports order was served at 1:24 p.m.

Truck fire reported on Thursday at 1:07 p.m. at Exit 43 on Route 128 North. State Police notified. Fire Department reports there was no fire.

Non-emergency assistance requested from Sunrise Assisted Living on Salem Street on Thursday at 1:37 p.m. Police report patient was taken to Beverly Hospital.

Officer requested on Thursday at 9:24 and 9:55 p.m. at 57 Locksley Road from mother arguing with her son. Officer reports  son was taken to Wakefield.

MARBLEHEAD

Arrest

Kara A. Preston, 27, of 20 Bessom St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and a threat to commit crime at 10:29 p.m. on Thursday.

Accidents

A report of a minor three-car motor vehicle crash on Lafayette Street at 1:41 p.m. on Thursday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at West Shore Drive and Cornell Road at 7:28 a.m. on Friday.

Complaints

An employee called to report that a customer would not leave the business until an officer came down to assist with a found hypodermic needle on Ocean Avenue at 11:19 a.m. on Thursday. Responding officers arrived and disposed of the needle.

A walk-in reported at 12:56 p.m. on Thursday that her son’s iPhone was stolen on Tuesday after school during football practice.

A caller reported a stream of sparks coming off the power lines near Lafayette Street at 7:10 p.m. on Thursday. They stated it was the lines located towards the back of the park. Responding officers found a branch on the wire may have caused the issue.

A caller reported a possibly drunk woman going into traffic on Pleasant Street and falling down twice at 10:07 p.m. on Thursday.

PEABODY

Arrests

Megan Pistorino, 36, of 77 Washington St., Seabrook, N.H., was arrested on Thursday at 4:08 p.m. at Macy’s at 210 Andover St. and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

Michael Barbuto, 51, of 14 Elm St. Apt. 6, was arrested on Thursday at 6:56 p.m. following a hit and run crash at Arboretum and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

Summons

Hadi Abdel Dehbi, 52, of 141 Essex St., Saugus, was issued a summons on Thursday at 7:10 p.m. at 15 Heath Road for violating an abuse prevention order.

Accidents

A motor vehicle crash was reported at 63 Central St. and 2 Tremont St. on Thursday at 5:20 p.m. Officer reports no personal injury and no tow needed, assisted with paperwork exchange.

A hit and run crash was reported on Thursday 5:32 p.m. at the Down River Ice Cream Shop at 86 Andover St. Officer reports Danvers Police have stopped the vehicle.

A minor motor vehicle crash was reported on Thursday at 6:09  p.m. at Audi Peabody at 252 Andover St. Officer reports paperwork exchange occurred at McDonald’s Restaurant in Danvers.

Officer was waved down by a motorist who was involved in a hit and run crash on Thursday at 6:56 p.m. Officer reports suspect was pulled over at 25 Elm St. See arrest of Michael Barbuto.

Caller reported a two-car crash with airbag deployment at 91 Lynn St. and 2 County St. on Thursday at 6:59 p.m. Officer reports a woman was taken to the North Shore Medical Center by Lyons Ambulance Services. Second vehicle towed by Phil’s Towing.

A caller reported a man was struck while crossing Main Street on Thursday at 9:33 p.m. and is complaining of hip pain. Patient refused medical attention.

A minor motor vehicle crash was reported on Friday at 7:13 a.m. at Farm Avenue and Dearborn Road. Officer assisted in paperwork exchange.

A motor vehicle crash was reported at Friendly’s on Andover Street on Friday at 12:14 p.m. Officer reports he will document.

Haja Karim, 28, of 1 Webster Ave., Apt. 313, Chelsea, was arrested on warrant charges.

London Berry, 30, of 51 Monroe St., Apt. 1, was arrested on warrant charges.

Martisse Johnson, 31, of 70 Granite St., Apt. 39 B, Lynn, was arrested and charged with second offense of shoplifting by asportation.

Arrests

Timothy L. Gillespie, 51, of 1 Fairview St., Saugus, was arrested on warrant charges.

Maynor Lopez, 20, of 66 Fayette St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with providing a false name following an arrest and warrant charges.

Brian J. Giardullo, 43, of 25 Howard St., Saugus, was arrested on warrant charges.

Complaints

A report of an elderly female wandering around in a backyard on Marden Street at 10:18 a.m. Thursday. Police report the woman was at the wrong house looking for a friend.

Police located a vehicle reported stolen out of Everett with front end damage on Sumner Street at 3:27 p.m. Thursday.

The owner of a missing vehicle discovered his own vehicle down the street from his home at Dudley and Ballard streets at 4:54 p.m. Thursday. The vehicle had new damage to a wheel and the key was missing.

A report of someone performing work inside the church at Lincoln Avenue and Jackson Street and disturbing the neighborhood at 12:58 a.m. Friday.

A caller reported the lights at Vine and Main streets are stuck on flashing mode at 7:33 a.m. Friday.

Theft

A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 51 Dudley St. at 5:40 a.m. Thursday.

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 11 Bristow St. at 8:13 a.m. Thursday; at 20 Bristow St. at 10:57 a.m. Thursday; at 12 Spencer Ave. at 11:15 a.m. Thursday; at 26 Bristow St. at 11:44 a.m. Thursday.

A report of a car break-in at 67 Dudley St. at 9:25 p.m. Thursday. The caller reports she has video footage of the male inside her vehicle for about 15 minutes.

A report of an attempted break-in to a home on Appleton Street at 11:14 p.m. Thursday. The caller reported three men pushed an air conditioner into the home and tried climbing through the window.
