Police investigated a report of a threat near Simply Storage at 102 South Broadway on Wednesday 8:03 p.m. Caller said when she pulled over because she ran out of gas, another motorist threatened her. Police reported second vehicle was gone upon arrival.
Caller walking a dog reported an older dark sedan was driving around the neighborhood on Thursday at 3:52 a.m. Police reported vehicle was gone upon arrival.

A report of speeding at Brookhouse Drive at 6:51 p.m. on Wednesday.
A caller reported a dark colored Honda driving at least 100 mph after leaving their house near Ocean Avenue at 7:37 p.m. on Wednesday. The caller stated a man ran out of the house, got in the car, and sped off. Caller also stated a white car with “police” and “911” written on the side was being towed and didn’t know if the two situations were connected. Responding officers spoke to the male with the police car, who stated it was a prop for a video they were making.
A report of someone on a bicycle doing wheelies, without a helmet on, down the middle of Atlantic Avenue going inbound at 8:01 p.m. on Wednesday.
A caller reported that a few nights ago a car pulled up at about 2:45 a.m. and sat for five minutes on Westminster Road and then drove off.
A caller reported he parked his car on Commercial Street for 45 minutes and he came back to find it gone at 10:21 p.m. on Wednesday. He described the vehicle as a red 2006 Chevy Sonic with fishing rods in the back. He stated when the car runs it makes a lot of noise.

Arrests
Christian A. Castillo, 24, of 1 Goldberg Road, was arrested on Thursday at 11:11 a.m. on Perkins Street on an outstanding warrant for trespassing and miscellaneous violations of municipal ordinances.
Chaian Santiago, 22, of 10 Holten St. Apt. 6, was arrested on Thursday at 1:14 p.m. at Walgreens on Main Street and charged with trespassing.

Nicole Miller, 36, of 21 Herrick St., Beverly, was issued a summons on Wednesday at 3:06 p.m. at Dunkin’ Donuts at 79 Lynnfield St. for operating an unregistered, uninsured motor vehicle and applying plates. reports vehicle was towed by Mallia’s Towing.

A woman reported a past hit and run crash on Wednesday at 6:06 p.m. at Cross Street Family Dentistry at 39 Cross St. Officer reported he spoke with the reporting party who said the accident happened on Tuesday. Salem Police Department notified.
A motor vehicle crash was reported on Thursday at 8:37 a.m. at 233 Lowell St. and 2 Regal Terrace. Officer reports there was no personal injury and one vehicle was towed by Phil’s Towing.
Animal Control
On Wednesday at 3:55 p.m. a caller reports a 30-year-old man was living in his small, light blue car with two dogs and a cat in front of 75 Central St. Caller said man is not taking care of the pets. Officer checked the area and could not locate the vehicle.
Caller left a voicemail for the Animal Control officer that her friend’s dog is missing. Fluffy, 11, was described as a white male Lhasa Apso who was last seen on Aug. 30 near Hampshire Road. The dog has tags but is not chipped.
On Thursday at 1:14 p.m., caller from 32 Collins St. asked if she is allowed to bury deceased pets in her backyard. Officer said it is allowed if she is the property owner.

An intentional overdose of sleeping pills was reported on Wednesday at 3:41 p.m. at 3 Center St., Apt. 2A. Officer reports the victim was taken to the North Shore Medical Center.
Acura of Peabody security reported two men wearing black walking around the property at 233 Andover St. on Wednesday at 9:18 p.m. Officer said the complaint was unfounded.

Passerby reported a possibly drunk man in a white T-shirt, black sweatshirt, and work boots trying to change a tire on white Tesla and then left the area on Thursday at 6:42 a.m. Officer reports man had fallen over while changing tire. All appears to be in order.

Northshore Mall security reported a disgruntled customer at Sterling Jewelers at 210 Andover St. on Thursday at 12:05 p.m. Officer said the dispute was over the warranty of a ring. Customer said she will go to a different store.
Report of a counterfeit $20 bill at the Luso American Credit Union on Tremont Street on Thursday at 12:29 p.m. Officer reports he has a possible suspect and will be following up.
