The dream of taking home the title on America’s Got Talent is over for Amanda Mena.
She did not make it to the final round of the internationally known talent show.
The 15-year-old vocalist from Lynn was eliminated toward the end of Wednesday night’s episode. She was called forward in anticipation of the results with fellow golden buzzer singers Makayla Phillips and Michael Ketterer.
The only one who moved on to next week’s final round was Ketterer.
Mena, the 2014 winner of La Voz Kids, has been singing since she was 7 years old at the Lynn YMCA. She will return to the city where she will attend St. Mary’s High School as a sophomore.
