Caller reported a 76-year-old man fell in the garage at 415 Main St. on Wednesday at 4:46 p.m.
Complaints
Officer requested at 47 Beaver Ave. on Wednesday at 1:54 p.m. Caller reported landlord was on scene and would not leave. Officer spoke with parties and determined it was a landlord-tenant dispute.
Caller reported a car has been parked for three days in front of 1 Locust St. with a broken windshield and other damage. Officer said owner was located at 820 Salem St. and moved car into the driveway.

A Little Nahant Road resident reported a drone flying over her house at 4:52 p.m. Tuesday. Police reported there was a film crew in the area to shoot some movie scenes. The caller replied that the drone was so low she could hit it while out at her pool. Police spoke to the film crew and they agreed to stay away from houses.

A caller reported a running vehicle at Castle and Pearl roads at 11:53 p.m. Tuesday.
A caller reported a vehicle parked in the Bayside Parking Lot against the wall overlooking the harbor at 2:05 a.m. Wednesday.

Theft
A Spouting Horn Road resident reported a painter doing work at his home allegedly stole his vacuum cleaner and some paint at 7:12 a.m. Thursday.
PEABODY
Arrest
Devin Lofton, 19, of 125 Washington Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested at the 7-Eleven at 115 Main St. on Thursday at 1:12 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
Accidents
A past hit and run motor vehicle crash was reported on Wednesday at 5:33 p.m. at 168 Holten St. and Aborn Street. Officer will document.
A single-car motor vehicle crash into an electric utility pole at 2 Sutton St. and 17 Aborn St. was reported on Wednesday at 10:31 p.m. Officer was waiting for Peabody Municipal Light Plant to arrive and give the OK to open the street.
Report of a car crash with possible injuries on Thursday at 1:39 p.m. at Tasty Foods at 49 Lowell St. Sergeant reports it was a two-car crash and both vehicles were on the scene. One operator was taken to the North Shore Medical Center by Atlantic Ambulance. Lowell Street traffic diverted to Sawyer Street.
A two-car crash was reported on Thursday at 1:41 p.m. at 179 Boston St. Officer reports the crash was in Salem and they will handle the accident.
Complaints
Caller reported a downed tree and wire at 44 Tremont St. on Wednesday at 3:38 p.m. Officer said wire belongs to Comcast. The Fire Department contacted Comcast for the wire and the Department of Public Works for the tree.
On Wednesday at 3:39 p.m. the Animal Control Officer reported she has received several complaints about the dog at 3 Caruso Court. The dog is allegedly allowed to wander the neighborhood and defecate on the neighbor’s lawn. Notice of complaint mailed with copies of the leash and waste removal ordinance. There is no record of the dog at the City Clerk’s Office.
Caller reports his motor vehicle was broken into the previous night on Wednesday at 4:19 p.m. Officer spoke with the reporting party who said he has videotape of two parties near the car, a safe containing $2,000 was taken from the car as well.
Possible overdose reported on Wednesday at 5:25 p.m. at 5 Silverleaf Way, Apt. 534. Man was taken to Beverly Hospital.
A caller reported a man kicking on the door at Tannery Two at 12 Crowninshield St. and trying to gain entrance into the building on Wednesday at 7:09 p.m. Officers spoke with the man’s friend who said they do not want him in the building anymore. He was advised by police to stay away and was sent on his way.
On Wednesday at 9:05 p.m. a caller from 64 Foster St. reported she was threatened by six teens because she wouldn’t let them touch her dog. The teens were advised that the service dog should not be touched.
Caller from the Cabaret Lounge at 96 Newbury St. reported the manager will not give her money back on Wednesday at 9:44 p.m.
A caller from 21 Caller Court, Apt. 307, reported that the person who lives under him was banging on his wall and yelling on Wednesday at 11:03 p.m. Officer was unable to locate the party creating the noise.
Two men were reported walking in the Acura of Peabody parking lot at 233 Andover St. on Wednesday at 11:11 p.m. Officer reports delivery was being made.
Caller from 8 Symphony Road reported tree workers from Iron Tree Service are in her driveway on Thursday at 8:29 a.m. Police reported they are parked on the street and not in the driveway. Crew said they will be moving to another location.
Report that a man and woman with a small child were arguing loudly at the Sugar Cane Restaurant at 106 Main St. on Thursday at 2:05 p.m. Officer reports they were gone upon arrival.

James E. Stebar, 37, of 52 Sydney Apt. 1, Dorchester, was arrested on warrant charges of failing to provide a DNA sample.
Brandon R. Jamieson, 32, homeless, was arrested on warrant charges of larceny over $1,200, and receiving stolen property worth more than $1,200.
