Arrests

Tito Ebanks-Lopez, 29, of 14 Bloomingdale St., Chelsea, was arrested on warrant charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, a motor vehicle lights violation, failure to stop or yield, two counts of breaking and entering for misdemeanor, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, resisting arrest, arrest furnishing to false identification information, possession of a class A drug, and a default warrant charge at 4:51 p.m. on Tuesday.

Barry Smith, 27, of 135 Washington Ave., Revere, was arrested and charged with possession to distribute a class A drug and trespassing at 4:40 p.m. on Tuesday.

Robert Trahant, 52, of 5 Gardiner St., was arrested and charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle and wanton malicious defacement of property at 6:50 a.m. on Wednesday.

LYNNFIELD

Accidents

A single-car rollover crash was reported on Tuesday at 5:58 p.m. on Moulton Drive. Police said the operator was injured. Gaeta’s Gas & Auto Services in Peabody and Peabody Municipal Light Plant were notified.

Medical Aid

Medical aid requested on Tuesday at 5:33 p.m. from 203 Ross Drive. Caller reported a fall with arm and back injuries.

Complaints

Officer requested at 230 South Broadway, Apt. 205 on Tuesday at 7:23 a.m. Caller from that address reported an employee has been calling workers all night saying he wants to get into the office. Party is known from the Lincoln Police Department and has a mental health commitment pending. Last seen driving a maroon Honda Pilot on Monday.

Caller reported a suspicious vehicle was parked in front of her home at 3 Cortland for several hours on Tuesday at 9:23 a.m. Officer reports car belongs to a private investigator.

An unwanted party reported at 230 South Broadway on Tuesday at 1:40 p.m. Caller reported a former employee tried to gain access to the building. Officer reports party left prior to arrival.

A well-being check was requested at 6 Kimball Lane on Tuesday at 3:18 p.m. Caller said she had been left alone at the Riverside Outpatient Center. Police report father of caller has arrived.

A lift assist was requested from 18 Trickett Road on Wednesday at 2:30 a.m.

A water break was reported on Willard Lane on Wednesday at 6:45 a.m. Town Water Department notified.

MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

A caller reported a woman stuck in an elevator on Rowland Street at 4:19 p.m. on Tuesday. First responders were able to get her out.

Multiple calls reported a power outage near Gerry Street at 4:52 p.m. on Tuesday. The power came back on across the town at 6:50 p.m.

A caller reported having a dispute with another party on Ocean Avenue at 6:55 p.m. on Tuesday over whether or not someone hit his vehicle.

A caller reported a transformer blew at Lee Street and Washington Square at 9:48 p.m. on Tuesday. The street was back up and running by 11:53 p.m.

A caller reported someone was walking through her gate on her property on High Street at 11:06 p.m. on Tuesday. The caller approached the man and he said he was making a delivery for McDonald’s.

PEABODY

Arrest

Javier Garcia, 50, of 123 Winnepurkit Ave., Lynn, was arrested on Tuesday at 5:05 p.m. at McDonald’s Restaurant at 133 Main St. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Summons

Anthony Sepulveda, 22, of 4 Essex Lane, Apt. C-1, was issued a summons on Tuesday at 8:23 p.m. at Pete’s A Place at 19A Central Ave. to face charges of possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute.

Nicole M. Simmon, 37, of 16 Admirals Lane, Salem, was issued a summons on Wednesday at 8:23 p.m. at Centennial and Technology Drive and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Accidents

A hit and run motor vehicle crash was reported on Wednesday at 5:29 a.m. at 112 Tremont St. Officer reports the responsible party left a note and took responsibility.

A two-car motor vehicle crash was reported on Wednesday at 10:25 a.m. at the 210 Washington St. Condo Office. Officer reports there were no injuries and no tow needed.

A hit and run motor vehicle crash was reported on Wednesday at 10:28 a.m. at TJ Maxx at 300 Andover St. Officer reports the motor vehicle was parked and unoccupied at the time. There were no witnesses.

Report of a single-car crash with injury on Wednesday at 10:43 a.m. at 29 Harrison Ave. The operator was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital.

Arrests

Thiago Braganca, 21, of 8 Nahant Ave., was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm without an FID card, possession of ammunition without an FID card, defacing a firearm serial number, and warrant charges.

Hector Luis Pagan-Chicana, 29, of 33 Sumner St. Apt. 2, was arrested and charged with trafficking 200 grams or more of heroin, morphine, or opium, and federal warrant charges.

A report of an erratic operator who appeared to be falling asleep in a truck on Vine Street at 9:06 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of two people in a Lincoln possibly engaged in inappropriate activity at 1565 Broadway at 10:28 p.m. Tuesday.

Theft

A report of shoplifting from Home Depot on Broadway at 12:03 p.m. Tuesday.

A Heritage Lane resident reported she was looking in her yard and saw a man wearing blue shorts and a T-shirt come out of her garage at 12:57 p.m. Tuesday. She asked the man what he was doing and he stated that he was a landscaper who was looking for work, then left the area. Police confirm there was a break in with some minor property damage.

A caller from Oakridge Drive reported a woman in a gold and black truck with a motorcycle plate on it stole a coffee maker out of her garage at 7:27 p.m. Tuesday.
