Edwin Perez-Vazquez, of 28 Sunnyside Road, was arrested on a straight warrant charge at 8:40 a.m. on Monday.

Brett Rome, of 17 Chestnut St., was arrested on warrant charges of breaking and entering for misdemeanor, theft from breaking and entering a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, receiving stolen property, and breaking and entering daytime for felony, at 4:17 p.m. on Sunday.

Arrest

Pascuale Romano, 42, of 179 Boston St., Apt. 14, Salem, was arrested on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. at Starbucks at 420 Market St. and charged with destruction of property in excess of $1,200 and arson.

Summons

Stephen P. Lisacki, 31, of 839 Main St., was issued a summons on Sunday at 11:19 a.m. to appear in court to face charges of a threat to commit a crime, failure to stop for police, marked lanes violation, failure to stop/yield, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding.

Accidents

Report of a minor motor vehicle crash on Main Street on Saturday at 11:54 a.m. Officer assisted with the paperwork exchange.

Report of a minor motor vehicle crash on Monday at 2:21 p.m. at 401 Summer St. and 11 Highland Ave. Officer assisted with the paperwork exchange.

A two-car crash with property damage was reported on Monday at 2:24 p.m. at 100 Walnut St. and 425 Market St. Officer originally reported no personal injury, but an ambulance responded and took one party to Winchester Hospital.

Medical Aid

Medical aid requested on Friday at 9:13 a.m. from the Lynnfield Middle School at 505 Main St. Patient taken to Leahy Medical Center in Peabody.

Caller requested medical aid on Sunday at 3:42 p.m. from 12 Bishops Lane. Patient taken to Massachusetts General Hospital.

Medical aid requested on Sunday at 9:27 p.m. from 2 Bryant St. Patient taken to Union Hospital in Lynn.

Medical aid was provided on Monday at 12:14 p.m. to a victim at The Savings Bank at 584 Main St. Patient was taken to the North Shore Medical Center in Salem.

Complaints

Theft reported on Friday at 1:27 p.m. at the Temazcal Tequila Cantina at 500 Market St.

Caller from 58 Essex St. reported her neighbor came to her home on Friday at 4:22 p.m. stating her daughter is trying to kill her.

A disturbance was reported on Friday at 9:20 p.m. at the Summer Street Elementary School at 262 Summer St. Caller said a loud group was in the playground. Officer reported there were no loud groups in the area.

Caller reported gunshots fired on Friday at 9:27 p.m. near 900 Lynnfield St. Officer checked area and found nothing.

Assault reported at the Lynnfield Exxon at 8 South Broadway on Saturday at noon.

Wires down reported on Saturday at 12:09 p.m. at 180 Salem St. Lynnfield Fire Department handled the tree limb in wires.

Malicious destruction of property was reported on Saturday at 12:39 p.m. at 393 Summer St.

Caller reported being locked out of home at 203 Ross Drive on Saturday at 3:12 p.m. Handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Resident from Lynnfield Commons at 375 North Broadway reported loud music coming from a neighbor’s apartment on Saturday at 11:06 p.m. Officer spoke with tenant.

A well-being check was requested at 6 Center Village on Sunday at 11:05 a.m. Officer reports resident is upset, but refused assistance from the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Fire alarm reported on Sunday at 4:19 p.m. at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St., Apt. 214. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

A resident of 325 Walnut St. requested lift assistance on Monday at 12:39 a.m.

Caller reported a large, broken down truck at 727 Walnut St. on Monday at 7:13 a.m. Officer reports vehicle was gone upon arrival.

Accidental burglar alarm reported on Monday at 8:06 a.m. at the Gaslight restaurant at 1100 Market St.   

Well-being check requested from a caller at 230 South Broadway, Apt. 205, on Monday at 12:21 p.m. Caller reports an employee has made threats. Vehicle describes as a yellow Honda Pilot.

Property check requested on Monday at 1:04 p.m. at Lynnfield Woods Office Park at 230 Broadway.

Caller reported a suspicious man on the wall at the Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. on Monday at 5:17 p.m.. He was described as a white man, about 30 years old, with a backpack who was yelling at cars and appeared drunk.

Theft reported from Whole Foods at 100 Market St. on Monday at 6:23 p.m. Caller said a customer’s wallet was stolen while in the store.

Officer requested on Monday at 6:49 p.m. at 47 Beaver St. Caller said resident from 49 Beaver St. came to the door and made threats.

Disturbance reported on Tuesday at 12:52 a.m. at 163 Lowell St.

Resident of 16 Pinecrest Ave. requested a lift assist on Tuesday at 3:12 a.m.

MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A caller reported another vehicle t-boning him while he was backing into his driveway at Seaview Avenue at 8:40 p.m. on Monday. The caller stated he was shaken and could not exit his vehicle.

Complaints

A caller reported their child was locked inside a car at Schooner Ridge at 1:48 p.m. on Monday. Responding officers found that the caller was able to get the child out prior to their arrival.

A caller reported her daughter is away and she ordered medication in the mail. The caller stated the package was opened and the medication was stolen on Spray Avenue at 2:38 p.m. on Monday.

A walk-in report of a resident receiving a scam call from someone claiming to be from the FBI at 3:10 p.m. on Monday. The resident stated the man on the phone told him he had one hour to take down a post on his Facebook account because it was offensive to some people. Officers advised the resident to disregard the call.

A caller reported at 4:42 p.m. on Monday getting scam mail and calls from collections agencies. The caller also said there is a new person’s mail showing up at her residence.

Two calls reporting a group of 100 senior girls at the beach off Ocean Avenue in a dangerous situation at 6:15 a.m. on Tuesday. The calls stated the high schoolers were playing chicken with cars and on skateboards. Responding officers found 15 carloads of girls at the scene and warned them against “foolishness.”

PEABODY

Arrest

Andrew Lecolst, 40, of 22 Lakeview Ave., Middleton, was arrested on Monday at 8:41 a.m. on an outstanding warrant and charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, and three counts of child rape.

Accidents

A motor vehicle crash was reported on Monday at 11:43 a.m. at the Luso American Credit Union at 37 Tremont St. Caller said there were no injuries. Officer reports no tow was needed.

Motor vehicle crash was reported on Monday at 1:07 p.m. at the Century House Restaurant at 235 Andover St. Officer reports there were no injuries and no tow needed.

Report of a minor motor vehicle crash on Monday at 4:44 p.m. at 1 Mayfair Road. Officer assisted in paperwork exchange.

Report of a two-car motor vehicle crash on Tuesday at 8:13 a.m. at 194 Washington St. and 2 Blaney Ave. No injuries. The operator of motor vehicle No. 1 was cited for a marked lanes violation.

A motor vehicle crash was reported on Tuesday at 10:51 a.m. on Lowell Street. Officer reports there were no injuries and no tow was needed. Police assisted in paperwork exchange.

Caller reported a motor vehicle crash at Stop & Shop Supermarket at 19 Howley St. on Tuesday at 12:41 p.m. Officer assisted with paperwork exchange.

A two-car motor vehicle crash without injuries was reported at Brothers Deli at 11 Main St. on Tuesday at 2:02 p.m. Police assisted operators in exchanging information. No tow needed.

Animal Control  

On Monday at 9:43 a.m. a caller from 10 Gallant Road reported several people were bringing their dogs to use his backyard as a bathroom. Animal control officer said he discussed options with the caller who said he would call back with the addresses of the offending parties if they do not stop.

Dog in distress at Trader Joe’s at 300 Andover St. was reported on Monday at 1:45 p.m. Animal Control officer reports the dog is in good health and advised the owner not to have the pet in the vehicle during hot weather.

Caller reported her 18-year-old large female Maine Coon cat, Lilly, is missing. The pet was last seen near Harrison Avenue. She has a microchip, but no collar.

Report of a barking dog on Tuesday at 11:52 a.m. at 11 Florence Road. Officer could not find the animal.

REVERE

Arrest

Marouane Ziouani, 29, of 10 Woodbine St., Somerville, was arrested on warrant charges.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash at North Shore Road and Calumet Street at 12:21 a.m. Monday; on Fenno Street at 2:18 p.m. Monday; on Beach Street at 4:03 p.m. Monday; at T-Mobile on Everett Street at 5:17 p.m. Monday.

Complaint

A report of an assault on Walnut Avenue at 6:39 p.m. Monday.

SAUGUS

Arrests

Nick A Korsantia, 30, of 380 Quinobequin Road, Waban, was arrested and charged with drunkenness.

Shannon M. Doherty, 26, of 6 Lincoln Court, was arrested and charged with uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at Newhall and Wendell streets at 8:20 a.m. Monday; at Hooters at 8:58 p.m. Monday.

A caller reported a Yale Avenue resident physically threw him out of his front door at 3:42 p.m. Monday.

A Newhall Avenue resident reported her sister trashed her apartment at 5:12 a.m. Tuesday.
