William Harrison, of 126 Union St., was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official at 3:16 p.m. Friday.
Shane Johnson, 39, was arrested on warrant charges of trespassing, Class E drug possession, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, shoplifting by asportation, armed robbery, assault and battery on a pregnant victim, using a motor vehicle in a felony/larceny at 4:26 p.m. Friday.
Sony Marquez, of 42 Bulfinch St., was arrested on a warrant charge of rape of child with force at 7:43 a.m. Sunday.

A report of an assault at 10:38 a.m. Saturday on Broughton Road. A caller reported his neighbor/friend left a shovel in his yard and he brought it back over to their yard. He said he tossed it in the yard and his friend’s mother was sitting outside. The mother claimed he threw the shovel at her and assaulted her. Police reported there was no assault.
Complaints
A report of drag racing at night at 10:45 a.m. Friday on Seaview Avenue. A caller reported that on the past few nights, there had been a car drag racing on Seaview from Atlantic toward Humphrey Street.
A report of a man talking to a boy at 5:54 p.m. Saturday on Pleasant Street. A caller reported suspicious activity as a young boy and man were talking to one another. He said the man and boy exchanged something between the two of them and this type of activity had been going on for weeks.
A report of a toilet in the road at 10:28 p.m. Saturday on Atlantic Avenue. DPW removed the toilet.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 9:03 a.m. Saturday on Washington Street. A caller reported her plant pots and plant boxes were vandalized on Friday night; at 9:23 a.m. Saturday on Pickett Street. A caller reported her plant pots were ripped apart and broken on Friday night.

Complaints
A report of suspicious activity at 7:47 p.m. Friday at East Point Parking Lot. A caller reported two to three divers off East Point without flags or markers. Police reported they were the same people who checked in for permission to dive earlier.

A report of a structure fire at 7:11 p.m. Friday on Karolyn Circle. A caller reported smoke. Police reported smoke on the first floor with entry gained through the back door. No one was home. The fire department reported a burnt pan in the oven.

An officer reported the screen to a side window was removed; at 4:57 p.m. Sunday at Mark’s Snow Removal at 460 Lowell St. A caller reported he thought his brother came and took a ladder from the house. There were no signs of anyone being inside the house; at 12:01 p.m. Sunday at Pho Paris at 136 Newbury St. Forced entry to the back door was reported with $70 from the register and the box for the camera system taken.
A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 8:54 a.m. Saturday at 21 Bowen Road; at 10:24 a.m. Saturday at 27 Longview Way. Taken was $9,000 in cash, an iPad and other items. The owner called back and reported he was under a lot of stress and he located his belongings that he thought were stolen; at 10:52 a.m. Saturday at 26 Longview Way. Gucci sunglasses and a Louis Vuitton bag were taken last Sunday.
