The rainy weather forced another stall in the 35th annual Ray Gallant Tournament, as no games were played Tuesday. Lynn was scheduled to play Beverly and Peabody was scheduled to take on Manchester-Essex.
The Peabody/Manchester-Essex game will be played Wednesday evening (5:30), followed by a clash between Salem and Danvers (7:30).
Beverly dropped out of the tournament, meaning Lynn’s off until Friday evening (5:30) against the winner of Salem/Danvers.
Wednesday’s games will be played at Harry Ball Field in Beverly, the rest of the tournament will be played at Wyoma’s Reinfuss Field. Currently, the championship game is scheduled for Sunday (6:30) with the “if necessary” game set for Monday (6:30).
