Nicole Bixbee, 35, of 117 Water St., Beverly, was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery, witness, juror, police, or court official intimidation, mass destruction of property under $1,200, violation of an abuse prevention order and larceny from a building, and charged with a default warrant and a straight warrant, at 3:33 p.m. on Friday.

Daren Gallahair was arrested on a warrant charge of trespassing at 8:47 a.m. on Friday.

George Morales-Tapia, 25, of 392 Water St., Quincy, was arrested on warrant charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to yield at intersection, and a marked lanes violation, and also charged with possession to distribute drugs, trespassing, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest at 2:43 a.m. on Friday.

Charles Smith, 40, was arrested on warrant charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, two counts of a miscellaneous municipal ordinance, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, no inspection sticker, shoplifting by asportation, possession of a class E drug, and charged with a straight warrant, at 2:19 p.m. on Thursday.

Officer wanted at Newhall Park on Thursday at 9:34 a.m. Caller reported kayaks in the water. Officer spoke with kayaker and sent him on his way.

Woman having convulsions reported from 8 Putney Lane on Thursday at 1:37 p.m. Officer reports woman was taken to the hospital.

Caller from 111 Locksley Road reported his 88-year-old wife was not feeling well. Officer reports woman was taken to the hospital.

Burglar alarm reported on Thursday at 6:41 p.m. at 42 Grey Lane.

Caller from 46 Oakridge Terrace reported a 99-year-old female was having back pain on Thursday at 7:50 p.m. Officer reports woman was taken to the hospital.

A disturbance by a group of teens was reported at Lynnfield HIgh School on Thursday at 11:48 p.m. Officer reports area was checked out and all is quiet.

Caller reported a suspicious person in blue hospital attire on Saunders Road on Thursday at 11:53 p.m. Officer checked area and found no one fitting that description.

A property check was requested at the Lynnfield Senior Center on Friday at 12:37 a.m. Officer reports all appears to be in order.

Suspicious auto parking for several hours reported at the 99 Restaurant at 317 Salem St. on Friday at 12:58 a.m. Officer reports operator was picked up and vehicle will be parked overnight.



Brad D. Hamilton, 39, of 21 Odell Ave., Beverly, and 89 Endicott St., Apt. 2, was arrested on Thursday at 3:15 p.m. at 7 Essex Green Drive, Apt. 5, and charged with breaking and entering into a building during the daytime for a felony, and trespassing.


Virginia Wood, 29, was issued a summons to appear in court following a dispute over a stolen wallet in a rooming house at 102 Main St.


A highly intoxicated female was reported at 26 Benevento Circle on Thursday at 5:27 p.m. Officer reports she was taken to the hospital.

A caller reported suspected drug activity in a vehicle at the 7-Eleven at 100 Lynn St. on Thursday at 7:09 p.m. Officer reports vehicle was gone upon arrival.

Holden Oil Inc. at 91 Lynnfield St. reported a customer stole $25.04 worth of gas on Thursday at 7:09 p.m. and refuses to come back and pay. Officer reports party returned to pay for the gas.

Caller reports a brown dog loose on Blaney Avenue on Thursday at 7:23 p.m. Officer could not locate the dog.

Animal control officer reports trying to catch a bat at the Northshore Mall at 210 North Andover St. on Thursday at 8:03 p.m.

Stop & Shop Supermarket at 19 Howley St. reported a man is on the pay phone talking in code and acting weird on Thursday at 8:55 p.m. Officer reports no one was on the payphone and all is in order.

A possible overdose was reported on Thursday at 8:59 p.m. at the Newbury Street Inn at 170 Newbury St., Apt. 7. Man was taken to the hospital.

Front desk clerk at Holiday Inn at 1 Newbury St. reports kids in the hallway with a knife on Thursday at 11:17 p.m. Officer spoke with camp counselors who said all of the teens were in their rooms for the night and there was no knife.

Officer checked the neighborhoods off Lynnfield Street on Friday at 12:39 a.m. following reports of several car break-ins on the previous night.

Report of a disturbance and loud partying on Friday at 3:05 a.m. at 9 Littles Lane. Officer reports all went to bed for the night.

Marriott Hotel at 8A Centennial Drive reports an unwanted person making threats against the staff on Friday at 6:27 a.m. Officer reports party gathered his belongings and was escorted from the property.

Caller left a voicemail for the animal control officer about barking dogs at 156 Goodale St. in the early morning on Friday at 10:17 a.m. He was advised to call the police after hours. As a result, a $225 citation was issued to Anthony Carvello for three unlicensed and unvaccinated dogs.

An off-leash dog was reported on Friday at 11:09 a.m. at 5 Penn Road. Caller said her neighbor allows his Beagle, Shay, to roam the streets and use lawns as a bathroom. Citation was issued to Thomas Zellen.

Animal control officer received a voicemail complaint that a neighbor is leaving a dog outside with protections from the weather on Friday at 12:14 p.m. A $150 citation was issued to Elena Guiry of 6 Marion Road for two unlicensed and unvaccinated dogs. In May, she had been issued a written warning to comply.

A caller reported the stop signs at the four-way intersection at Newhall and Wendell streets are posted in the wrong direction at 12:07 p.m. Thursday.

A report of an unleashed and unaccompanied pit bull dog walking up and down Indian Rock Drive at 12:20 p.m. Thursday.

A report of a man at the pumps at Super Petroleum, Inc., on Broadway yelling and screaming to himself at 12:40 p.m. Thursday.

A Stop & Shop employee reported one of her tires was stolen from her car in the parking lot at 2:53 p.m. Thursday.

A Bristow Street resident reported his truck was vandalized while it was parked in his driveway at 6:36 p.m. Thursday.

A report of 10 to 15 motorcycles congregating in the area of K-Mart on Main Street at 8:40 p.m. Thursday.

A caller reported an Oldsmobile drove by and someone in the car shot a paintball gun, striking her father at the Veterans Memorial Elementary School on Hurd Avenue at 9:44 p.m. Thursday.

A Founders Way resident reported her husband went to take the trash out and saw a male wearing a red shirt and brown pants looking into their home at 10:35 p.m. Thursday. The man reportedly ran off into the woods.

A caller reported a man wearing a red T-shirt and a hat on a motor scooter looking into house windows on Founders Way at 12:06 p.m. Thursday.

A report of a man slumped over the wheel of a Toyota parked at Holiday Inn Express on Broadway at 12:47 a.m. Friday.

A report of a man behind the wheel of a vehicle passed out at Spuds Restaurant on Lincoln Avenue at 5:07 a.m. Friday.
