LYNN

Arrests

Shirley Barranco, of H5 Franklin Sq., Randolph, was arrested on warrant charges of two counts of possession of an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of personal injury at 9:41 p.m. on Wednesday.

Adam Cochrane, of 121 North Common St., was arrested on a warrant charge of subsequent possession of a Class A drug at 6:20 p.m. on Wednesday.

Paul Gasperoni, 43, of 40 Bridge St., was arrested on warrant charges of three counts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, possession of a Class B drug, a miscellaneous municipal ordinance, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and refusal of a motor vehicle operator to identify themselves. He was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a marked lanes violation, and a default warrant at 8:13 p.m. on Wednesday.

Weekenson Louis, 35, of 11 Pine St., Hyde Park, was arrested on a warrant charge and charged with trafficking over 18 grams of cocaine, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a marked lanes violation, and failure to signal at 11:32 a.m. on Wednesday.

Brian Redondo, 24, was arrested on warrant charges of four counts of unarmed robbery, home invasion, and possession to distribute drugs and charged with breaking and entering daytime for felony, resisting arrest, wanton destruction of property under $1,200, disorderly conduct, and aiding to escape from officers at 12:21 p.m. on Thursday.

Gregg Vienneau, 50, was arrested and charged with trespassing at 6:59 a.m. on Thursday.

A case of cyber fraud was reported on Wednesday at 3:26 p.m. from 55 Summer St.

Call from Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. reported a resident was choking on Wednesday at 4:35 p.m. Incident handled by the Fire Department.

A 52-year-old man from 30 Locksley Road reported he was having a heart attack on Thursday at 6:01 a.m.  Man taken to Beverly Hospital by ambulance.

 

MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A motor vehicle’s driver side window was broken by a landscaper at Humphrey Street at 8:10 a.m. on Wednesday.

 

Complaints

A caller reported receiving a scam call from 873-241-7841 at Brookhouse Drive at 11:18 a.m. on Wednesday; at Front Street at 2:10 p.m. on Wednesday.

A caller reported there is a sailboat tied up at the Commercial Street dock and the males on board were screaming at each other at 1:56 p.m. on Wednesday. The caller described the boat as having a pirate flag. Responding officers spoke to the suspected parties.

A caller reported passing a motor vehicle that she thought someone was keying at 2:26 p.m. on Wednesday, and described the accused male suspect in detail. Police responded to Lafayette Street and found the vehicle belonged to the accused male and he was doing touch up work on it.

A caller reported a male sitting on a bench at Washington Street at 4:13 p.m. on Wednesday without a shirt on, looking “disheveled”, stating she believed he was either drunk or on drugs. Responding officers could not locate the male.

A caller reported possible damage at the cemetery on West Shore Drive, stating her parent’s head stone was knocked over at 6:17 a.m. on Thursday.

A report of about 18 people who needed to be removed from Nahant Road at 4:01 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of a loud stereo on Sherman Avenue at 8:33 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of loud people near the rocks at The Tides Restaurant at 1:28 a.m. Wednesday.

A report of two dogs being walked on Tudor Beach without leashes at 3:03 p.m. Wednesday.

A report of a power outage in the area of Willow Road and Emerald Road at 5:26 p.m. Wednesday.

A caller reported his parents told him to leave the house after not turning over his cell phone, which they pay for at 12:24 a.m. Thursday. Caller later reported he overreacted and would go back home.

Arrests

Guillermo R. Jiminian, 37, of 89 Endicott St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a courtesy warrant for the State Police on Thursday at 8:47 a.m.

Christine T. Zak, 34, of 18 Cashman Road, was served a warrant and arrested on Thursday at 11:03 a.m.

 

Summons

Gloria Richards, 26, of 3 Northend Ave., Apt. 1, Salem, was issued a summons to appear in court at McDonald’s Restaurant at 133 Main St. on Wednesday at 10:20 p.m. following a fight. She faces charges of assault on a family member.

 

Complaints

Caller from 2A Christina Drive on Wednesday at 3:36 p.m. is looking to surrender her dog, Brady. Police advised her that Peabody Animal Control does not have a shelter. It was suggested she contact the Animal Rescue League of Boston.

A day laborer reported an employer did not pay him for work completed on Wednesday at 3:39 p.m. at 2 Reed Road. Officer explained it is a civil matter to be settled in court.

A child locked in  a car was reported on Wednesday at Walgreens at 35 Main St. Police report the Peabody Fire Department opened the door.

An employee reported a suspicious man was walking behind the building at 7 Essex Green Drive on Wednesday at 3:42 p.m. The person was described as being his mid 30s, wearing a gray tank top and carrying a backpack. Officers checked the area and could not locate him.
