Michael Vincent was arrested on warrant charges of possession of a class E drug, failure to wear seatbelt, breaking and entering nighttime for felony, possession of a burglarious instrument, larceny under $1,200, mass destruction of property under $1,200, miscellaneous municipal ordinance, and possession of a class B drug at 11:37 a.m. on Tuesday.


A report of a motor vehicle crash at Walgreens, 290 Broadway, at 4:53 p.m. on Monday; at Honey Dew Donuts, 435 Lynnway, at 6:26 p.m. on Monday.

A report of a hit and run motor vehicle crash at 37 Lovers Leap Ave. at 5:54 p.m. on Monday; at 14 Glenwood St. at 8:10 a.m. on Tuesday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at Victory Road and Western Avenue at 7:55 a.m. on Tuesday.


A report of an assault and battery at Rainbow, 35 State St., at 7 p.m. on Monday.


A report of an unwelcome guest at 48 Curwin Circle at 2:15 p.m. on Monday; at 55 Memorial Park Drive at 4:43 a.m. on Tuesday; at 66 Market Square at 8:03 a.m. on Tuesday.

A report of threats made at 6 Ainsworth Place at 7:10 p.m. on Monday.


A report of a possible overdose on Federal Street at 7:58 p.m. on Monday; on Sweetser Terrace at 10:10 p.m. on Monday; on Miller Place at 10:21 p.m. on Monday.


A report of vandalism to a motor vehicle at 1 George St. at 3:45 p.m. on Monday; at 39 Childs St. at 12:17 a.m. on Tuesday.



A summons to appear in court was issued to Sean M. Murray, 18, of 55 Locust St., on Monday at 11:01 p.m. at Panera Bread on Market Street for violation of a restraining order.


Caller from 5 Tapley Road reported being struck by father-in-law on Monday at 10:18 a.m. Officer reports the party was taken to the hospital.

A suspicious auto was reported on Cortland Lane on Monday at 11:36 a.m.

Property check was requested for 5 Nottingham Road on Monday at 5:11 p.m. Officer reports all OK.

Caller from Midland Road reported a landscaping company was dumping debris at the end of the street on Monday at 6:35 p.m.

Report from a person at 7 Durham Drive with abdominal pain on Tuesday at 5:02 a.m. Party taken to the hospital.

Officer wanted on Tuesday at 7:46 a.m. about a scam letter attempting to have resident of 15 Driftwood Lane send money.



A caller reported money being taken from them on Pitman Road at 9:55 a.m. on Monday.

A realtor called to report she has been receiving threatening messages regarding a property in town at 2:15 p.m. on Monday.

A resident walked in to report having an argument with her teenage son over his refusal to allow access to his cellphone or give her the password to his phone at 8:42 p.m. on Monday. The mother explained to her son that it is technically her phone because she pays the bill and it is in her name.

A caller reported an aggressive driver following her from Salem, slowing down to pass her repeatedly on Ocean Avenue at 9:51 p.m. on Monday. The caller wasn’t comfortable going home because the aggressive driver knew where she lives. Responding officers advised the caller to drive to the police station and the aggressive driver followed. They both claimed to be the victims of road rage and blamed each other for bad driving.



Antonio Rodolfo Martinez, 40, of 20 Keys Drive, was arrested and charged on Monday at 2:22 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without a license.


A summons to appear in court was issued to Felicia M. Gachignard, 30, on Tuesday at 2 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and without insurance following a stop at 8 Swampscott Ave.

Sara Elizabeth Fader, 40, of 12 Barrett Road, was issued a summons to appear in court on Monday at 5:40 p.m. for assault and battery on a household member.


A minor motor vehicle crash was reported on Monday at 3:05 p.m. at 33 Centennial Drive and 7 Summit St. Officer assisted parties in exchanging information.

A hit and run crash was reported on Monday at 8:50 p.m. at 10 Driscoll St. and fled toward Salem on Tremont Street. Caller reported bumper and New Hampshire license plate were left behind.

A motor vehicle crash was reported on Tuesday at 12:59 p.m. at 16 Foster and 2 Summer streets. Officer reports a woman operator requested an ambulance claiming to be hurt.


Caller from 5 Wildwood Drive reported he was threatened by his friend’s neighbor on Monday at 3:25 p.m.

A domestic disturbance was reported on Monday at 5:40 p.m. at 12 Barrett Road. Mother reports her daughters are fighting. Officer reports one of the sisters left for the night.

Well-being check requested on a possibly intoxicated man on Monday at 8:14 p.m. at the Peabody Coffee House at 59 Walnut St. Police report Atlantic Ambulance conducted an evaluation on the man. He was stable and will be walking back to his home on Pierpont Street.

A suspicious white sedan with New Hampshire plates was reported at 43 Harrison Ave. on Monday at 8:30 p.m. for 30 minutes. Reporting party called back to say the motor vehicle left the area before officers arrived.

Caller from Speedway at 545 Lowell St. reported a dispute between a customer and a landscaper on Tuesday at 9:44 a.m. Customer said the landscaper was blowing mulch toward his car.

A check of Veterans Memorial Park on Walnut Street found a man asleep on Tuesday at 10:05 a.m. Officer reports man was told he was trespassing.

On Tuesday at 10:23 a.m. a caller from 4 Englewood Road reports his next door neighbor has chickens. Calling party was told to call the Health Department.

Verbal dispute reported on Tuesday at 11:19 a.m. at 8 Swampscott Ave., Apt. 1.

Security officer from 104 Brooksby Village Drive reports a woman outside Apt. 10 on Tuesday at 11:47 a.m. with possible heat exhaustion. Officer reports she was checked by Atlantic Ambulance but refused further medical treatment.  



A report of a motor vehicle accident at Revere Beach Parkway and Lee Burbank Highway at 12:27 p.m. Monday; on North Shore Road at 2:21 p.m. Monday; on Revere Street at 3:42 p.m. Monday; on North Avenue at 3:48 p.m. Monday; on Copeland Circle at 7:51 p.m. Monday.


A report of shots fired on Squire Road at 2:40 a.m. Monday.

A report of vandalism at Target on Furlong Drive at 7:19 p.m. Monday.


A report of a breaking and entering on Overlook Ridge Drive at 6:47 a.m. Monday.

A report of a motor vehicle stolen from North Shore Road at 9:34 a.m. Monday.



Wilson J. Nolasco-Lopez, 18, of 9 Albany Terrace, Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.


A report of a motor vehicle accident in the area of the Square One Mall on Broadway at 3:09 p.m. Monday; at Alfred Road and Walnut Street at 10:39 p.m. Monday.


A report of two men physically fighting over their spot in line at AAA on Broadway at 9:04 a.m. Monday. Police report the physical altercation has been broken up but the two males are still arguing verbally. Police determined it was a mutual assault that took place outside of police presence and neither wished to press charges.

The attendant of the Fox Hill Bridge reported the gates have crashed down and will not operate at 9:13 a.m. Monday.

A report of a man drinking inside Macy’s Department Store on Broadway at 3:29 p.m. Monday.

An Adams Avenue resident reported a man was looking through his window and when confronted, he ran at 3:51 p.m. Monday.


A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering on Sumner Street at 5:43 p.m. Monday.



A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at Banks and Walker roads at 12:18 a.m. on Monday.


A report of an assault and battery at Stop & Shop, 450 Paradise Road, at 12:10 p.m. on Monday.

A report of a noise complaint at Field House, 601 Humphrey St., at 6:14 p.m. on Monday.
