A realtor called to report she has been receiving threatening messages regarding a property in town at 2:15 p.m. on Monday.
A resident walked in to report having an argument with her teenage son over his refusal to allow access to his cellphone or give her the password to his phone at 8:42 p.m. on Monday. The mother explained to her son that it is technically her phone because she pays the bill and it is in her name.
A caller reported an aggressive driver following her from Salem, slowing down to pass her repeatedly on Ocean Avenue at 9:51 p.m. on Monday. The caller wasn’t comfortable going home because the aggressive driver knew where she lives. Responding officers advised the caller to drive to the police station and the aggressive driver followed. They both claimed to be the victims of road rage and blamed each other for bad driving.

Arrest
Antonio Rodolfo Martinez, 40, of 20 Keys Drive, was arrested and charged on Monday at 2:22 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
Summons
A summons to appear in court was issued to Felicia M. Gachignard, 30, on Tuesday at 2 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and without insurance following a stop at 8 Swampscott Ave.
Sara Elizabeth Fader, 40, of 12 Barrett Road, was issued a summons to appear in court on Monday at 5:40 p.m. for assault and battery on a household member.

Well-being check requested on a possibly intoxicated man on Monday at 8:14 p.m. at the Peabody Coffee House at 59 Walnut St. Police report Atlantic Ambulance conducted an evaluation on the man. He was stable and will be walking back to his home on Pierpont Street.
A suspicious white sedan with New Hampshire plates was reported at 43 Harrison Ave. on Monday at 8:30 p.m. for 30 minutes. Reporting party called back to say the motor vehicle left the area before officers arrived.
Caller from Speedway at 545 Lowell St. reported a dispute between a customer and a landscaper on Tuesday at 9:44 a.m. Customer said the landscaper was blowing mulch toward his car.
A check of Veterans Memorial Park on Walnut Street found a man asleep on Tuesday at 10:05 a.m. Officer reports man was told he was trespassing.
On Tuesday at 10:23 a.m. a caller from 4 Englewood Road reports his next door neighbor has chickens. Calling party was told to call the Health Department.
Verbal dispute reported on Tuesday at 11:19 a.m. at 8 Swampscott Ave., Apt. 1.
Security officer from 104 Brooksby Village Drive reports a woman outside Apt. 10 on Tuesday at 11:47 a.m. with possible heat exhaustion. Officer reports she was checked by Atlantic Ambulance but refused further medical treatment.
