REVERE — An unresponsive man was pulled out of the water at Revere Beach late Monday afternoon.
The man was seen in the water near the Shirley Avenue bathhouse shortly after 4 p.m. and was pulled out by lifeguards, who began administering CPR, State Police spokesman David Procopio said.
State Police and the Revere Fire Department responded, and EMS took over CPR before taking the man to Massachusetts General Hospital, Procopio said.
The man was still unresponsive when he was taken to the hospital, but Procopio said police have no further update on his condition.
