Russell Learned, of 8 Fortesque Terrace, was arrested on warrant charges of witness, juror, police, or court official intimidation, threat to commit crime, attempt to commit crime, vandalizing a war veterans memorial, two counts of assault and battery, wanton destruction of property worth over $1,200, shoplifting by asportation, larceny under $1,200, and possession of a burglarious instrument at 4:51 p.m. on Wednesday.

A walk-in complaint of a scam letter received, claiming to be from the Vehicle Notification Department and were requiring immediate response for an automobile file, at 11:46 a.m. on Wednesday. The letter stated the vehicle coverage would be deleted if the resident did not call 800-795-8169.
A caller reported at 12:13 p.m. on Wednesday that he received an email regarding a $3,000 charge on his account and stated he had made no such charge nor had he been alerted by his bank about any fraudulent activity.
A caller reported he went out and looked at his house and saw that someone had egged the windows on Elm Street at 3:04 p.m. on Wednesday.
A caller reported a rock being thrown through a bedroom window on Elm Street at 2:46 a.m. on Thursday. The callers were able to describe the suspects and informed responders that they ran toward Green Street. The rock was thrown into the same bedroom that had a similar incident a few nights ago.

A woman from 210 Washington St. requested assistance following a confrontation with a neighbor who confronted her about walking noise coming from her condominium on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. Neighbor was not at home when police arrived. Calling party advised to call police if he confronts her again.
Caller reports possible use of drugs by two people in a motor vehicle parked at Lt. Ross Park on Johnson Street on Tuesday at 8:05 p.m. Officer spoke with both parties who said they were hanging out in the park and were heading home.
