Complaints
A caller reported at 7:56 a.m. on Wednesday that she was in a motor vehicle accident the other day and the male who hit her vehicle asked her not to go through insurance and he would pay her directly. The caller stated there was thousands of dollars worth of damage and she already went through her insurance and ever since she told him so the male has been showing up at her house unexpectedly on a daily basis. She said his continuous appearances are frightening her daughter. Responding officers talked to the suspect and advised him to stay away from the residence.

A caller reported having ongoing issues with his neighbor and he witnessed that neighbor (on camera) “pouring fish guts” on the vehicle owned by his mother at 8:40 p.m. on Wednesday.

Arrest
James L. Greeley, 40, of 14 Jennifer Lane, was issued a warrant for his arrest on a probation violation on Wednesday at 9:43 p.m. from another police department. Officer reports he was taken into custody on July 6.
Summons
Robert Nicholas Melville, 34, of 205 Lynn St., was issued a summons on Wednesday at 11:24 p.m. and charged with assault and battery on an intimate partner, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, intimidating a witness, and violating a restraining order after a call from his girlfriend who said Melville was being very aggressive and trying to hit her.
Accidents
A report of a three-car motor vehicle crash at the jughandle on Newbury Street on Wednesday at 9:41 p.m. with airbag deployment. State Police handling the case.
A two-car motor vehicle crash at 220 Lowell St. and 2 Forest St. on Thursday at 6:19 a.m. Both vehicles towed by Arrington Service. All parties refused medical attention.
A minor motor vehicle crash reported at 53 Lowell St. at 9:57 a.m. on Thursday. Tow not needed, no injuries.

An employee from the Elliott Community Health at 2 Dalton Court reported a male resident had a kitchen knife and was stabbing the table on Wednesday at 3:39 p.m. Officers located the party on Bresnahan Street. Atlantic Ambulance Service took the man willingly to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center.
A nurse at the North Shore Mobile Villa at 161 Newbury St., No. 7, reported a man fell and should be taken to the hospital on Wednesday at 3:38 p.m.
Caller from 22 Paleologos St. reported a fight between two women was taking place in the basement on Wednesday at 3:44 p.m. Reporting party left the home and drove to Andover Street in Danvers to make the report. Officer will document.
AAA called to report a baby locked in a car at 1 Swampscott Ave. on Wednesday at 6:12 p.m. AAA is on scene and managed to get into the vehicle and the baby appears to be OK.
Caller from 1 Penny Lane reports he was drilling in his backyard and struck a natural gas line into his home on Wednesday at 6:24 p.m. House evacuated. National Grid and Peabody Fire Department notified.
Caller from Brown School Residences at 200 Lynn St., Apt. 2110, reported a group of kids are running in the hallway and one defecated on the rug on Wednesday at 7:21 p.m. When officer arrived, the mother was cleaning the bowel movement. Calling party was advised to call the management company.
Caller from 5 Bragg St. reported his dog collapsed and died on Wednesday at 7:31 p.m. Officer arrived and advised the homeowner of his options.
A disturbance was reported at 10 Hardy St. on Thursday at 12:21 a.m. Officer reports teens were playing basketball. They went in for the night.
