Emily Gardiner, 27, of 105 Linwood St., was arrested on warrant charges of OUI drugs, leaving the scene of personal injury, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, Class A drug possession and Class E drug possession at 2:35 a.m. Saturday.
John Gill, 50, of 499 Walnut St., was arrested and charged with number plate violation to conceal, unregistered motor vehicle and uninsured motor vehicle/trailer at 5:23 a.m. Sunday.

Complaints
A report of suspicious activity at 1:27 a.m. Saturday at Stonybrook and Blueberry roads. A caller reported a man standing in the middle of the street, who later ran behind a tree and then behind a bush in someone’s yard. The caller felt someone should check on the man.
A caller complained about two boats fishing in the area that is marked for swimming at 9:34 a.m. Saturday on Ocean Avenue. The harbormaster was notified.
A report of boys in the street at 2:03 p.m. Saturday at Atlantic and Seaview avenues. A caller reported boys selling lemonade and was concerned as they were out in the street. Police reported the kids were not out in the street.
A report of a boat complaint at 9:14 p.m. Saturday on Mariners Lane. A caller reported seeing flares being set off. She said they appeared to be coming from the area of Riverhead and didn’t know how many were shot. The harbormaster was notified and reported he was going to keep an eye out but had not seen any flares in the area.

A report of suspicious activity at 8:45 a.m. Saturday at Jiffy Lube at 230 Andover St. A passing motorist reported there was a man walking on the street and punching the air; at 4:37 p.m. Saturday at Neatco at 474 Lowell St. A caller reported the store’s front door and the register were open. Police reported the employee was downstairs and all was in order; at 9:14 a.m. Sunday at 16 County St. A caller reported a suspicious man walking down the road with a large air compressor.
Fire
A report of a car fire at 3:58 p.m. Friday at 100 Brooksby Village Drive. The call was a false alarm.
Theft

Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 9:52 p.m. Friday at 14 Trask Road. A caller reported his son’s car was damaged and had video footage of who did it; at 3:21 p.m. Saturday at 16 Keys Drive. A man reported his vehicle was damaged several times over the past year, including a week ago.
