Jassiel Castillo, 45, of 75 Cambridge St., Lawrence, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to violate a drug law at 8:38 a.m. on Wednesday.
Lyna Dep, 33, of 50 Keyes Drive, Peabody, was arrested on warrant charges of possession of an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, failure to signal, possession of an unregistered motor vehicle and a straight warrant charge at 7:10 a.m. on Wednesday.
Kyle Nihan, of 121 North Common St., was arrested on a warrant charge of a third offense of operating under the influence of drugs at 4:26 p.m. on Tuesday.

MARBLEHEAD
Accidents
Multiple calls reporting a vehicle struck a bicyclist on Ocean Avenue at 9:47 a.m. on Tuesday. The bicyclist was wearing a helmet and had minor head lacerations.
A caller reported a driver struck the wall by Digital Docs on Elm Street and possibly a tree and fled the scene and turned right up Sewall Street at 8:27 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers found damage to the wall and it later came down, blocking parts of the sidewalk. Officers were able to locate the residence of the driver who fled the scene.

A caller on Wadden Court reported she received a scam phone call from someone claiming to be from the IRS at 10:13 a.m. on Tuesday.
A caller on Sheldon Road reported receiving a call from someone claiming that the caller’s father was in a car accident. He knew it was a scam because his father passed away a few years ago and the number was blocked on caller ID.
A caller reported at 11:40 a.m. on Tuesday that her new neighbor has called the police on her as well as the Housing Authority. Calls to the Marblehead Police Department were unfounded. The caller stated she feels threatened by the neighbor and wanted an officer there while she approached the neighbor.
A caller reported at 12:07 p.m. on Tuesday that his boat was anchored off of West Shore Drive in the Salem Harbor and it had gone missing. The boat’s description is a 1963 17’ white canoe with an all wood finish and a white bottom with the name Honey Ryder.
A caller reported at 12:08 p.m. on Tuesday that someone who they believed had stolen $5,000 from him and $30,000 from two women in New Mexico. The caller stated the suspect was going to be detained and questioned when he took off heading back to Marblehead. The caller stated he wanted the police department to be aware as he might be coming back home. Officers advised the caller to contact his local police department.
A caller reported an elderly male driving a silver Lexus sedan driving near Tedesco Street and West Street going five miles per hour and pulling in and out of the side of the road at 2:23 p.m. on Tuesday.

Marcus S. Gomes, 34, of 18 Bowditch St., Apt. 1, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 8:47 a.m. Wednesday.
Alicia N. Grace, 44, of 20 Cardington Ave., Billerica, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 4:16 p.m. Tuesday.
Michael V. Hogan, 43, of 240 Albany St., Cambridge, was arrested and charged with two counts of improper use of a credit card, receiving an improper credit card and Class B drug possession with intent to distribute at 4:16 p.m. Tuesday.
Jared A. Lafond, 41, of 32D Rockingham St., Lowell, was arrested on a warrant at 8:32 a.m. Wednesday.

A three-car accident was reported. One person was taken to Lahey Hospital.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 10:54 p.m. Tuesday at Oak Grove Cemetery at 52A Pine St.
A report of suspicious activity at 11:08 p.m. Tuesday at 4 Apple Hill Road. Suspicious people were reportedly walking around the house. Police reported finding two people on the property, sending them away and advising them not to return to the residence; at 10:56 a.m. Wednesday on Keys Drive. The property manager reported finding a man at the back door of the apartment with a duffle bag refusing to answer questions.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 8:21 a.m. Wednesday at 100 Corporate Place. An employee reported five air conditioner compressor units were taken overnight.

A report of vandalism at 38 Hesper St. at 2:03 p.m. Tuesday. The caller reported the property has been foreclosed and the previous owner had taken all the appliances and cabinets.
A caller from Saugus Care and Rehabilitation reported a patient was exposing himself in front of the staff at 2:34 p.m. Tuesday.
A man walked into the station to report that he found a prescription bottle with medication inside at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. It is believed that the bottle was thrown from a vehicle that was reported stolen early in the day.

A report of shoplifting from Savers Department Store on Broadway at 10:28 a.m. Tuesday.
A report of larceny of a motor vehicle at 73 Hammersmith Drive at 10:43 a.m. Tuesday.
