Arrests

Ralph Clerge, 21, of 29 Bowler St., was arrested and charged with carrying a loaded firearm weapon, Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, firearm possession without a firearm identification card and defacing a firearm serial number at 12:31 a.m. Tuesday.

Robert Frost, 59, of 119 Lewis St., was arrested and charged with nighttime breaking and entering for a felony, possession of a burglarious instrument, attempt to commit crime, malicious destruction of property, trespassing, habitual criminal, Class B drug possession, Class E drug possession and common and notorious thief at 3:16 a.m. Tuesday.

Jeffery Jones, 24, of 65 Baker St., was arrested and charged with firearm possession without a firearm identification card, carrying a firearm without a license, defacing a firearm serial number and firearm violation with one prior violent/drug crime at 12:56 a.m. Tuesday.

Rafael Soto, 34, of 57 Vine St., was arrested and charged with attempt to commit crime and on warrant charges of trespassing, armed robbery, armed assault to rob and receiving a stolen motor vehicle at 8:04 p.m. Monday.

Anthony Vidal, 21, of 8 Essex Circle, was arrested on warrant charges of Class A drug distribution, Class B drug distribution and drug possession with intent to distribute at 7:09 p.m. Monday.

Complaints

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 7:37 p.m. Monday at 27 Roosevelt Ave. A man was reportedly laying down inside a vehicle. Police reported the vehicle broke down.

A report of suspicious activity at 8:41 p.m. Monday at 58 Pulaski St. A caller reported that she heard some kind of screaming. Police reported the noise was from a music studio; at 10:18 p.m. Monday at Phil’s Towing & Recovery Service at 65 North Central St. An employee reported hearing someone possibly inside the impound lot going through vehicles.

A report of gunshots at 1:48 a.m. Tuesday at 9100 Crane Brook Way. The call was unfounded.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 8:35 a.m. Tuesday at St. Adelaide’s Parish Center at 712 Lowell St. A theft of rot iron gates was reported; at 1:47 p.m. Tuesday at Abercrombie & Fitch at 210A Andover St. An employee reported a man walked into the store, attempted to reach around the counter and steal money out of the cash register. He was unsuccessful and fled out of the store; at 3:28 p.m. Tuesday at Haven from Hunger at 71 Wallis St. A stolen wallet was reported.

MARBLEHEAD

Arrest

Issiah Bernaihce, 20, of 477 Forrest Road, Alstad, N.H., was arrested on a non-Marblehead warrant charge at 9:42 a.m. on Monday.

Accidents

A report of a minor motor vehicle crash on Washington Street at 3:03 p.m. on Monday.

A caller reported someone backed into her vehicle on Beach Street and took off at 3:38 p.m. on Monday. Responding officers were able to locate the second vehicle.

Complaints

An anonymous caller reported there are vehicles on Bessom Street going the wrong way and they had concerns it would cause an accident at 8:38 a.m. on Monday.

A caller reported at 12:15 p.m. on Monday that she was scammed of between $15,000 and $20,000 out of a retirement account.

A caller reported kids blaring rock and roll music at “very high decibels where neighbors cannot even think” on Green Street at 4:02 p.m. on Monday. Responding officers advised the kids and their parents of the noise complaint and they stopped playing.

A caller reported two people on a bench on Ocean Avenue smoking pot at 4:24 p.m. on Monday. Responding officers found no pot at the scene.

A resident on Humphrey Street found a rifle in the attic and turned it in to the police station at 7:18 p.m. on Monday.

A caller reported she came home from work and believed someone had been in the house given things were smashed up on Stone Terrace. The caller was unable to tell if anything was missing at the time of the call. After responding officers arrived, they located a crow that had gotten into the house and they called in to have the animal removed at 11:38 p.m. on Monday.

Arrests

David Eliazar Umana-Carranza, 18, homeless, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, intimidating a witness, juror, police officer or court official, and domestic assault and battery “intimate relationship.”

Claudinei Adorno, 44, of 697 Boston St., Apt. 1, Lynn, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Alexander Dionicio, 33, of 532 Lynnfield St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and two counts of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Tara Stasiowski, 35, of 167 Kennedy Drive Apt. 109, Malden, was arrested and charged with negligent operation of motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and two counts of failing to stop or yield.

Tyrell L. Benton, 31, of 39B Harrison St., Boston, was arrested on warrant charges.

Taylor R. Sylva, 23, of 6 Woodcrest Court Apt. 5, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

A report of a male and female possibly passed out in a vehicle at Marshalls on Broadway at 2:44 p.m. Monday.

A woman walked into the station to report she had just been involved in a disturbance at Walmart in which a shelf fell on her while she was shopping at 5:19 p.m. Monday.
