Arrests

Joel Anaya, 47, of 473 Essex St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and Class B drug possession at 7:28 p.m. Sunday.

Michael Buckley, 29, of 405 Broadway, was arrested and charged with Class A drug possession and Class B drug possession at 7 p.m. Sunday.

Jamie Croft was arrested on warrant charges of three counts of sexual conduct for a fee and Class E drug possession at 11:41 a.m. Monday.

Alexander Felix, 23, of 96 Bridge St., Beverly, was arrested and charged with trespassing at 9:34 p.m. Sunday.

Guidel Tema-Chavez, 18, of 42 Raddin Grove Ave., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and violation of the open container law at 3:42 p.m. Sunday.

Aysha Young, 32, was arrested and charged with disguise to obstruct justice, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct and on warrant charges of assault and battery, disorderly conduct and larceny at 11:07 p.m. Sunday.

MARBLEHEAD

Breaking and Entering

A report of an attempted breaking and entering at 8:33 a.m. Sunday on Willow Road. A caller reported someone was attempting to break into her home. She saw a flashlight outside her bedroom window. Police reported no signs of forced entry.

Complaints

A report of kids yelling at cars at 7:55 p.m. Sunday at Humphrey Street and Brookhouse Drive.

PEABODY

Arrests

Tyler Jaks Ferragamo, 20, of 280 Washington St., was arrested on Sunday at 7:36 p.m. and charged with larceny under $1,200, and possession of a Class E drug following a report of a disturbance at 5 Scribner Road.

Michael B. Rogers, 25, of 19 Hanover St., was issued a summons on Sunday at 9:48 p.m. for operating an unregistered and uninsured vehicle.

Daniel V. Feener, 33, of 50 Home St., was arrested and charged on Monday at 12:57 a.m. for disorderly conduct, two counts of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest. Summons on Sunday at 9:48 p.m. for operating an unregistered and uninsured vehicle.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 6:04 p.m. Sunday at 26A Granite St. Caller reported her car was struck and other driver left the scene. Police report information was left by the other driver; at 6:38 p.m. Sunday at Dunkin’ Donuts at 3 Central St.; on Monday at 11:26 a.m. at 147 Summit St.; a hit and run crash reported on Monday at 3:02 p.m. at the Marriott Hotel at 8A Centennial Drive. A speed limit sign was knocked down and the Department of Public Works was notified.

Breaking and Entering

A report of an overnight break-in at the Children’s Place at 210C Andover St. on Monday at 9:08 a.m.

Complaints

A report of a dumpster fire on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. at 3 Southwick Road. Fire Department extinguished fire; a disturbance was reported at 5 Scribner Road on Sunday at 7:36 p.m. See arrest of Tyler Jaks Ferragamo; report of a man causing a disturbance at 2 School St. and 58 Lowell St. on Sunday at 8:28 p.m. Police reported parties had a verbal disagreement and went on their way; suspicious activity reported on Sunday at 9:30 p.m. Caller said a man is looking around his property at 27 Mason St. Suspect gone by the time police arrived; a disturbance was reported on Sunday at 11:36 p.m. at 116 Foster St., Apt. 1. Caller said that the man staying at her house was yelling at her outside. Man was given his belongings and sent on his way by police. On Monday at 12:57 a.m. an unwanted man was reported en route to 7 Nickerson Road. The female caller reported her husband was on his way to the house. Police stopped the vehicle. Refer to arrest of Daniel V. Feener; an employee of the Peabody Library reported a juvenile causing a scene in the lower level on Monday at 11:26 a.m. The child was picked up by his mother and left without incident.

A juvenile was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, operating recklessly so as to endanger, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and possession of alcohol while under 21 years of age.

Soufiyane Kardady, 49, of 867 North Shore Road Apt. 4, was arrested and charged with domestic assault or domestic assault and battery, intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official.

Alvin H. Franklin, 50, of 88 West Newton St., Apt. 6, Boston, was arrested and charged with shoplifting more than $250 worth of merchandise by asportation and warrant charges.

Charles J. Dalton, 55, of 186 Paris St., Apt. 6, East Boston, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, and a civil rights violation.

Alexis Chantel Rowling, 24, of 542 Eastern Ave., Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Brandy Espinal, 26, of 9 Mason St., Beverly, was arrested on warrant charges.

Paul L. Ortiz, 34, of 40 Crest Ave., was arrested and charged with possession to distribute a Class B drug.

Ferdy M. Argueta, 43, of 41 Cary Ave., was arrested and charged with domestic assault or domestic assault and battery.

John Campbell, 54, of 120 Cranes Lane., Branson, W.Va., was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
