Donna Davis-Camp, 49, of 41 Light St., was arrested on warrant charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a marked lanes violation, and a default warrant charge at 7:38 a.m. on Friday.

Luis Ortiz, of 121 North Common St., was arrested on a warrant charge of possession of heroin at 9:40 a.m. on Friday.

A caller reported a vehicle hitting a parked car on Foster Street on Wednesday night. The caller stated the suspected vehicle returned to the scene at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.


A caller reported an air conditioning unit falling through the second floor ceiling onto the first floor on Hooper Street at 9:44 a.m. on Thursday.

A caller reported someone dumping trash bags, every Monday night or early Tuesday morning, at Leggs Hill and Londonderry roads at 3:18 p.m. on Thursday.

A caller reported a drifting boat next to his on the harbor that struck their boat at 7:09 p.m. on Thursday.

A caller reported hearing fireworks going off for 15 minutes on Phillips Street at 1:41 a.m. on Friday.

A caller reported receiving a call three times from a restricted number and when she answered the phone, an unsettling male voice could be overheard on Hathaway Road at 3:34 a.m. on Friday.



Melvin Harrison, 21, of 20 Huss Court, Apt. 202, Lynn, was arrested and charged on Tuesday at 3:35 p.m. for violating an abuse prevention order.

Timothy Henry Leger, 23, of 37 Castle Circle, was arrested and charged on Wednesday at 11:07 a.m. following a complaint that he entered the location without permission.

Anthony Michael Almanzar, 21, of 40 School St., Apt. 1, Salem, was arrested and charged on Wednesday at 7:31 p.m. following a motor vehicle crash at McDonald’s at 133 Main St. He was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and on two outstanding warrants for disorderly conduct, larceny under $1,200, and breaking and entering a vehicle or boat at night time.


Report of a motor vehicle crash at 52 Aborn St. on Tuesday at 3:05 p.m. Papers exchanged.

Caller reported a hit and run crash on Tuesday at 3:35 p.m. at 33 Centennial Drive and 7 Summit St. Caller said his motor vehicle was sideswiped by a second vehicle and the driver got out of the car and yelled at him and continued driving without exchanging information. Female summonsed for leaving the scene of an accident.

Report of a motor vehicle crash at Foster and Main streets on Wednesday at 12:52 p.m., paperwork exchanged.

Report of a minor motor vehicle crash in the parking lot of McDonald’s at 133 Main St. on Wednesday at 7:31 p.m.

A hit and run crash was reported on Wednesday at 3:16 p.m. at the Army Barracks on Route 1. Caller told to contact the State Police.  

Report of a single motor vehicle crash on Thursday at 2:06 a.m. at 3 Jennifer Lane and 350 Lowell St. Party evaluated by Atlantic Ambulance Services and refused service.
