LYNN

Arrests

Nicole April, 37, was arrested and charged with larceny under $1,200, receiving stolen property, possession of a class B drug, possession of a class E drug, larceny of drugs, two counts of larceny over $1,200, and a warrant charge at 3:02 p.m. on Wednesday.

Andrea Bono, 42, of 115 Walnut Ave., Revere, was arrested and charged with trespassing, two counts of shoplifting by asportation, possession of a shielding device, and a default warrant charge at 11:46 a.m. on Thursday.

Jesse Cerasuolo, 25, of 195 Broadway, Haverhill, was arrested and charged with possession of a class A drug and shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 2:48 p.m. on Thursday.

David Hathaway, 35, of 17 Court St., Boston, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering daytime for felony at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Christine Lerebours, 26, of 38 Woodland Rd., Malden, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation, two counts of assault and battery, and larceny from a person at 8:45 p.m. on Wednesday.

Anna O’Doherty, 27, of 86 Sheridan St., was arrested and charged with two counts of resisting arrest, two counts of disorderly conduct, armed robbery, trespassing, three counts of possession of a class E drug, shoplifting over $250 worth of goods by concealing merchandise, receiving stolen property, and larceny under $1,200 at 11:53 a.m. on Thursday.

Junior Osorio, 35, of 18 Broad St., was arrested and charged with unlicensed possession of ammo, unlawful improper storage, firearm without FID card, possession of a large capacity, weapon feeding firearm, failure to appear for recognizance, possession to distribute drugs, refusal to give a sample for the DNA database, furnishing a false ID during arrest, miscellaneous municipal ordinance, possession of a class E drug, and a default warrant charge at 11:08 p.m. on Wednesday.

Jamile Smith, 42, was arrested and charged with larceny under $1,200, receiving stolen property, possession of a class B drug, possession of a class E drug, and larceny of drugs at 3:58 p.m. on Wednesday.

MARBLEHEAD

Arrest

Beren Cameron, 40, of 20 Roosevelt Ave., was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation at 7:29 p.m. on Wednesday.

 

Complaints

A caller reported they were locked in the basement by someone they knew who took the key and drove away at Hawkes Street at 11:14 a.m. on Wednesday.

Detail officers received complaints that Middle Street had several illegally parked cars with hydrants blocked at 2:33 p.m. on Wednesday.

A caller reported three males in a “Whaler type boat” speeding around the harbor near Ocean Avenue. The caller stated there were several swimmers and paddle boarders in the area of the speeding boat at 4:57 p.m. on Wednesday.

A caller reported she had been watching kids at Grace Oliver Beach coming in from the boats staggering and falling on the beach and out onto Beacon Street at 4:57 p.m. on Wednesday.

Emergency Medical Services were requested at Brown’s Island after officers told them a woman was coming in off the Harbormaster’s boat with an amputated finger at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The woman was transported to North Shore Medical Center.

A caller reported two cars illegally parked at Washington Street at 6:34 p.m. on Wednesday.

A caller reported a white Mazda speeding back and forth with kids hanging out the window at Susan Road and Green Street at 7:29 p.m. on Wednesday. Responding officers found the vehicle gone on arrival.

A report of a noise complaint at Green Street led to the confiscation of fireworks at 9:06 p.m. on Wednesday.

A caller reported a boy being burned by a flare on his left hand by Fort Seawall, near Front Street and Franklin Street,  at 9:07 p.m. on Wednesday. The boy was treated and turned over to his parents.

A caller reported a tree limb came down in his backyard and he believes it pulled the wires off the house behind them on Pickwick Road at 9:14 p.m. on Wednesday. Responding officers requested a lineman from Electric Light.

A caller reported a driver sped by at 70 miles per hour on Ocean Avenue right where a lot of kids were hanging out at 9:50 p.m. on Wednesday. A neighbor tried to ask him about it and the driver became very aggressive.

A caller reported a fight on Village Street with an “unknown number of combatants” at 12:04 a.m. on Thursday. Responding officers concluded it was noises coming from a loud party.

Officers responded to a carbon monoxide alarm at Ocean Avenue and found elevated levels of CO in a residential garage at 5:46 a.m. on Thursday. Officers think it may have been due to oil lanterns being used the night before. The area was ventilated and cleared.

 

NAHANT

Arrests

Camden Cefail, 18, of 570 Mountain Ave., Revere, was arrested and charged with persons under 21 in possession of liquor and municipal by-law violation of open container of alcohol at 10:55 p.m. on Wednesday.

 

Complaints

A caller reported a large group of motor vehicles “sneaking in” at the end of Ward Road at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

A caller reported several people out on the rocks near Nahant Road at 5:58 p.m. on Wednesday. Responding officers cleared the area without incident.

A caller reported a disturbance at Nahant Road at 7:47 p.m. on Wednesday. Responding officers cleared almost 150 juveniles from the area.

A report of hearing fireworks near Sunset Road at 9:52 p.m. on Wednesday; at Wilson Road at 10:07 p.m. on Wednesday; at Sunset Road at 11:07 p.m. on Wednesday.

A caller reported several juveniles igniting fireworks, possibly causing damage, on the 6th hole of Kelly Greens golf course at Flash Road and Spring Road at 9:52 p.m. on Wednesday. Responding officers cleared almost 40 people from the area.

A caller reported a group of people sitting on the wall outside of the Nahant Public Library, Pleasant Street, being loud at 1:18 a.m. on Thursday.

 

PEABODY

Arrests

Samantha Marie Vidito, 31, of 31 Rollins St., Groveland, was arrested and charged on Monday at 3:52 p.m. with assault and battery on a family member, and three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Kyle Brook, 27, homeless, was arrested and charged on Tuesday at 7:45 a.m. with threat to commit a crime.

Aleta J. Bell, 30, of 4 Sherman St., Apt. 4, was arrested and charged on Tuesday at 10:33 a.m. on an outstanding warrant from Dorchester District Court with threat to commit a crime.

 

Accidents

A report of a three-car motor vehicle crash on Monday at 4:44 p.m. on Route 128 South and 208 Andover St. State Police and Atlantic Ambulance Service contacted who will handle the call.

Caller reported a man fell in the Santarpio’s Pizza parking lot at 71 Newbury St. on Monday at 8:35 p.m.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at the Speedway at 545 Lowell St. on Tuesday at 2:12 p.m. Call referred to State Police.

 

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at the Valez Garage at 147 Summit St. on Monday at 3:52 p.m. EMS requested for an evaluation. See previous entry of the arrest of Samantha Marie Vidito.

Caller requested a well-being check on her mother on Monday at 6 p.m. Caller said her mother has not been answering the phone for an extended period. Officer made contact with mother who promised to call her daughter.

A report of fireworks at 10 Carol Ann Road and 9 Jefferson Road on Monday at 8:36 p.m. Officer reported making several passes through the neighborhood and all appears in order.

Caller reported a suspicious person in black clothes and blue jeans looking into their windows at 3 Union St. on Monday at 10:22 p.m. Officer spoke with the homeowner who said when he tried to talk to the person, they took off running. Officer checked area and could not locate anyone.

Report of a disturbance by a man and a woman on Monday at 11:55 p.m. at the 7-Eleven at 115 Main St. Officer searched the area but could not locate them. Officer told the staff to call back if they return.

A report of loud music was reported on Tuesday at 12:07 a.m. at Maple Village at 84 Aborn St., Apt. 1401. Officer advised parties to keep noise down.

Report of a red sedan at 25 Gardner St. idling and playing loud music on Tuesday at 1:35 a.m. Officer requested EMS evaluation because the parties appeared to be unconscious. Vehicle towed by Mallia’s Towing. Occupants taken home by taxi.

Report of a dead raccoon at 121 Lake St. on Tuesday at 9:26 a.m. Department of Public Works notified.

A purple Mongoose BMX bicycle was found at the Center School at 18 Irving St. on Tuesday at 10:09 a.m. Officers took custody of the bike and brought it to the lower garage at the Peabody Police Station.

Report of a toilet at 185 Lake St.near the Puritan Lawn Cemetery on Tuesday at 11:04 a.m. Department of Public Works notified.

Ashley Ruiz, 24, of 1009 Broughton Dr., Beverly, was arrested on warrant charges.

A caller reported a dog was inside a tan volvo in the back of the Red Roof Inn parking lot on Route 1 for about an hour at 4:04 p.m. Wednesday. Police report the windows are down and the dog is not in any distress.

A Fabens Street resident reported a pool party behind her home with party-goers urinating in her yard at 5:56 p.m. Wednesday.

A report of a loud party going on near Lincoln Avenue and Nason Road at 8:06 p.m. Wednesday.

A report of a group of five people jumping in the community pool at Seneca Residence who are not residents of the complex at 8:23 p.m. Wednesday.

A report of fireworks on Lindsell Street at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday; on Spring Street at 9:31 p.m. Wednesday; at Hamilton Street and Wormstead Street at 10:31 p.m. Wednesday.

A Dreeme Street resident reported that while his neighbors were lighting off fireworks some landed in his yard and melted his lawn furniture at 10:43 p.m. Wednesday.

A report of loud music in the area of Camp Nihan on Walnut Street at 2:35 a.m. Thursday.

 

Overdoses

A report of an overdose on Broadway at 12:14 a.m. Tuesday. Police report the woman was having an anxiety attack, not overdosing.
