A caller reported three males in a “Whaler type boat” speeding around the harbor near Ocean Avenue. The caller stated there were several swimmers and paddle boarders in the area of the speeding boat at 4:57 p.m. on Wednesday.
A caller reported she had been watching kids at Grace Oliver Beach coming in from the boats staggering and falling on the beach and out onto Beacon Street at 4:57 p.m. on Wednesday.
Emergency Medical Services were requested at Brown’s Island after officers told them a woman was coming in off the Harbormaster’s boat with an amputated finger at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The woman was transported to North Shore Medical Center.
A caller reported two cars illegally parked at Washington Street at 6:34 p.m. on Wednesday.
A caller reported a white Mazda speeding back and forth with kids hanging out the window at Susan Road and Green Street at 7:29 p.m. on Wednesday. Responding officers found the vehicle gone on arrival.
A report of a noise complaint at Green Street led to the confiscation of fireworks at 9:06 p.m. on Wednesday.
A caller reported a boy being burned by a flare on his left hand by Fort Seawall, near Front Street and Franklin Street, at 9:07 p.m. on Wednesday. The boy was treated and turned over to his parents.
A caller reported a tree limb came down in his backyard and he believes it pulled the wires off the house behind them on Pickwick Road at 9:14 p.m. on Wednesday. Responding officers requested a lineman from Electric Light.
A caller reported a driver sped by at 70 miles per hour on Ocean Avenue right where a lot of kids were hanging out at 9:50 p.m. on Wednesday. A neighbor tried to ask him about it and the driver became very aggressive.
A caller reported a fight on Village Street with an “unknown number of combatants” at 12:04 a.m. on Thursday. Responding officers concluded it was noises coming from a loud party.
Officers responded to a carbon monoxide alarm at Ocean Avenue and found elevated levels of CO in a residential garage at 5:46 a.m. on Thursday. Officers think it may have been due to oil lanterns being used the night before. The area was ventilated and cleared.

A caller reported several juveniles igniting fireworks, possibly causing damage, on the 6th hole of Kelly Greens golf course at Flash Road and Spring Road at 9:52 p.m. on Wednesday. Responding officers cleared almost 40 people from the area.

Kyle Brook, 27, homeless, was arrested and charged on Tuesday at 7:45 a.m. with threat to commit a crime.
Aleta J. Bell, 30, of 4 Sherman St., Apt. 4, was arrested and charged on Tuesday at 10:33 a.m. on an outstanding warrant from Dorchester District Court with threat to commit a crime.
