Thomas J. Reintges, 61, of 9 Treat Road, was arrested on a warrant at 10:48 p.m. Saturday.
Breaking and Entering
A report of a burglary/breaking and entering at 2:17 a.m. Saturday on Broughton Road. A caller reported someone may have broken into their house as they came home to an open back door. Police checked the interior of the home and reported everything seemed to be in order.
Complaints
A report of suspicious activity at 12:42 p.m. Friday on Ocean Avenue. A caller reported his house has been on the market for the past few months. He said a few weeks ago, a young man was “scoping the house.” He stated the man was walking around the property and then proceeded to knock on the front door to attempt to speak with the property owner. Police reported the real estate agent told the person to go through the agent if he was interested in the property.
A report of suspicious behavior at 4:50 p.m. Friday on Ocean Avenue. A caller reported a man was “creepily” staring at young teen girls at the beach. When asked if the man was touching himself, the caller replied he wasn’t, but was just being very creepy. The caller also said the man wasn’t taking any pictures, but reported his behavior was not normal. The man was confronted about his behavior and was reportedly sweating profusely. Police spoke with the caller who reported the man didn’t approach, talk to or touch anyone, but reported it was just unusual behavior.
A caller reported at 12:05 p.m. Saturday at Shorewood Road and West Shore Drive that she lives in the area near the bike path and there was a huge coyote on the path.
Theft
A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 3:17 p.m. Friday on Broughton Road. A woman reported her bank account was hacked and she was out $5,000.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 2:06 p.m. Friday on Wyman Road. Vandalism at the park was reported.

The suspicious person reportedly came back and was going through the dumpsters. Kevin A. Muise, 44, was arrested; at 2:16 p.m. Saturday at 11 Elaine Ave. A caller reported a suspicious man approached him in the front of his house about purchasing a drill; at 11:54 a.m. Sunday at Down River Ice Cream at 86 Andover St. An employee thought he witnessed a drug transaction in the parking lot; at 12 p.m. Sunday at Chabad of Peabody at 682 Lowell St. A caller reported a man was walking in and out of traffic. An officer spoke with the man who reported he was fine and on his way home.

A caller reported a man was banging on her door and yelling at her.
