Arrests

Kevin Cumbee, of 219 Salem St., was arrested on a warrant charge of rape at 10:36 a.m. Saturday.

Krystal Jenks, 31, of 25 Washington St., Revere, was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment to a child and on warrant charges of assault and battery, malicious destruction of property and shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 9:31 p.m. Friday.

Jared Pierrelouis, 27, was arrested and charged with attempt to commit crime, possession of a burglarious instrument, possession of a knife with a blade over 2 ½ inches and Class C drug possession at 12:53 a.m. Sunday.

Edgar Santos-Solice, 30, was arrested on a courtesy booking at 8:46 p.m. Saturday.

Isaias Serrano, of 43 Estes St., was arrested on warrant charges of OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 10:45 p.m. Friday.

Orby Sieu, 55, of 100 Willow St., was arrested and charged with Class A drug distribution at 3:10 p.m. Friday.

Arrests

Thomas J. Reintges, 61, of 9 Treat Road, was arrested on a warrant at 10:48 p.m. Saturday.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a burglary/breaking and entering at 2:17 a.m. Saturday on Broughton Road. A caller reported  someone may have broken into their house as they came home to an open back door. Police checked the interior of the home and reported everything seemed to be in order.

Complaints

A report of suspicious activity at 12:42 p.m. Friday on Ocean Avenue. A caller reported his house has been on the market for the past few months. He said a few weeks ago, a young man was “scoping the house.” He stated the man was walking around the property and then proceeded to knock on the front door to attempt to speak with the property owner. Police reported the real estate agent told the person to go through the agent if he was interested in the property.

A report of suspicious behavior at 4:50 p.m. Friday on Ocean Avenue. A caller reported a man was “creepily” staring at young teen girls at the beach. When asked if the man was touching himself, the caller replied he wasn’t, but was just being very creepy. The caller also said the man wasn’t taking any pictures, but reported his behavior was not normal. The man was confronted about his behavior and was reportedly sweating profusely. Police spoke with the caller who reported the man didn’t approach, talk to or touch anyone, but reported it was just unusual behavior.

A caller reported at 12:05 p.m. Saturday at Shorewood Road and West Shore Drive that she lives in the area near the bike path and there was a huge coyote on the path.

Theft

A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 3:17 p.m. Friday on Broughton Road. A woman reported her bank account was hacked and she was out $5,000.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 2:06 p.m. Friday on Wyman Road. Vandalism at the park was reported.

Arrests

Kevin A. Muise, 44, of 14 Farm Ave., was arrested on a warrant at 8:55 p.m. Friday.

Adam G. Parsons, 40, of 37 Wituwamat Road, Weymouth, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, Class B drug possession and Class E drug possession at 12:10 p.m. Saturday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:30 p.m. Friday at Chipotle at 210C Andover St.; at 6:29 p.m. Friday at 85 Andover St. and 6 Esquire Drive; at 9:36 p.m. Friday at Brown’s Pond on Lynn Street. A person reportedly dumped a scooter. Police checked the area and reported the call was unfounded; at 2:44 a.m. Saturday at 234 Washington St. and 2 Wheeler St.; at 6:19 p.m. Saturday at Route 95 North and 155 Newbury St. A motorcycle accident was reported; at 10:49 p.m. Saturday on Route 128 South. A motorcycle accident was reported; at 1:05 p.m. Sunday at Treadwell’s Ice Cream Stand at 46 Margin St.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 4:10 p.m. Friday at Speedway at 545 Lowell St.; at 4:38 p.m. Friday at Exclusive Hair Design by Tony Vargas at 60 Main St.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a burglary/breaking and entering at 3:57 p.m. Friday at 4 Sycamore Lane. A caller thought her son broke into the house — $100 in change was taken.

Complaints

A report of suspicious activity at 5:58 p.m. Friday at Peabody Dialysis Center at 19A Centennial Drive. A suspicious person was reportedly walking around the building looking for a bicycle; at 8:55 p.m. Friday at Peabody Dialysis Center at 19A Centennial Drive. The suspicious person reportedly came back and was going through the dumpsters. Kevin A. Muise, 44, was arrested; at 2:16 p.m. Saturday at 11 Elaine Ave. A caller reported a suspicious man approached him in the front of his house about purchasing a drill; at 11:54 a.m. Sunday at Down River Ice Cream at 86 Andover St. An employee thought he witnessed a drug transaction in the parking lot; at 12 p.m. Sunday at Chabad of Peabody at 682 Lowell St. A caller reported a man was walking in and out of traffic. An officer spoke with the man who reported he was fine and on his way home.

A report of a disturbance at 7:09 p.m. Friday at Leather City Commons at 77 Lowell St. A DPW employee reported a vagrant giving him a hard time as he tried to clean the park; at 12:08 a.m. Saturday at The Nexmex Thing at 14 Lowell St. A passing motorist reported there was an intoxicated woman dancing in the street; at 8:24 p.m. Saturday at 154 Shore Drive. A caller reported a man was banging on her door and yelling at her.

A report of an intoxicated person at 10:31 a.m. Saturday at 5 Bartholomew St. A person was reportedly stumbling around in the front yard and urinating. The person went inside for the day.

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 9:59 a.m. Saturday at Northshore Mall at 210N Andover St. The male was taken to Lahey Hospital.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 10:19 a.m. Saturday at BMW of Peabody at 221 Andover St. Emblems were reportedly stolen from a vehicle; at 10:54 a.m. Sunday at Latitude Sports Club at 194 Newbury St. A caller reported a past theft of his credit cards.

A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 12:10 p.m. Saturday at 8 Walnut St.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 5:14 p.m. Friday at Main Barbershop at 146 Main St.; at 6:19 a.m. Saturday at Salem Five Bank at 210S Andover St. Mall security reported vandalism to an apparently abandoned vehicle on the lot; at 9:30 a.m. Sunday at Marriott Hotel at 8A Centennial Drive. A caller reported her car was keyed.
