Edgar Santos-Solice, 30, of 112 Park St., was arrested and charged with urinating in public, open and gross lewdness, and using a disguise to obstruct justice, and warrant charges.

Police report both brothers will be leaving the house for the night; a suspicious motor vehicle was reported by a caller who said it was parked in front of his house at 43 Glen Drive for the past hour. Police reported the owner of the motor vehicle is waiting for his daughter who is babysitting across the street; a disturbance was reported on Wednesday at 8:20 p.m. Caller reported his landlord is yelling at him. Both parties were advised to file a complaint in court; a report of an intoxicated man at 85 Main St. at 9 a.m. who was yelling and screaming outside.  Officer reported party said he was talking to himself, trying to stay dry; a report of broken windows at 23 Pinewood Road on Thursday at 10:21 a.m. Officer reports two broken windows with rocks unknown when it was done or by whom. Disturbance reported on Thursday at 1:37 p.m. at Northfield Properties at 65 Main St., Apt. 317, possible property damage.
