Arrests

Misael Alburquerque, 20, of 19 Orchard St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 4:05 p.m. on Tuesday.

Elodia Carrillo, 48, of 89 Broad St., was arrested and charged with parole or probation violation at 10:11 a.m. on Wednesday.

Dennis Conway, of 47 Euclid Ave, Quincy, was arrested on warrant charges of possession of a class B drug, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, marked lanes violation, operating under the influence of drugs, and on a separate default warrant at 4:04 p.m. on Tuesday.

William Cruz, 42, of 47 Whiting St., was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license at 7:24 p.m. on Tuesday.

Franklin Evans, 35, was arrested and charged with possession of a class A drug, trespassing, possession of a class E drug at 11:36 p.m. on Tuesday

Brian Mishel was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, possession to distribute drugs, possession of a class B drug, and distribution of a class E drug at 11:55 a.m. on Tuesday.

Christos Turner, 37, of 7 Rhodes St., Saugus, was arrested and charged with a parole or probation violation at 10:57 a.m. on Wednesday.

Anthony Vidal, 21, of 6 Essex Circle, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop for police, speeding, failure to signal, and resisting arrest at 4:10 p.m. on Tuesday.

MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A report of a truck hitting a motor vehicle at Atlantic Avenue and Hawkes Street at 3:40 p.m. on Tuesday.

 

Complaints

A caller reported he lost his American Express credit card on June 6 and his wife called a number that she found on the internet to report it, but the number was not identical to the number on the back of the card. The scam number told his wife to purchase $2,600 worth of gift cards at a 7-11 convenience store, which she did, and then she called the number back and gave them the gift card information. Afterwards, when she realized it was a scam, she called the number back to get a reimbursement and they told her to send over $1,500 in order to do so at 10:36 a.m. on Tuesday.

A caller reported someone shot what appeared to be a pellet gun into his backyard at Atlantic Avenue at 4:56 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers spoke with both parties and resolved the complaint.

A caller reported a dispute between him and a neighbor over a cut down tree that left damage to the caller’s property at Birch Street at 5:54 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers worked with both parties to resolve the issue.

A caller reported damage to his car door after having a dispute with someone he knew at Broughton Road at 10:04 p.m. on Tuesday.

 

Theft

A caller reported a theft from earlier in the day of one pair of shoes worth $50 and the store caught it on camera at Washington Street at 7:55 p.m. on Tuesday. The caller knew the suspect and was able to gave responding officers a detailed description.

 

PEABODY

Arrest

Ty Lee Arbegast, 28, homeless, was arrested and charged on Monday at 11:11 p.m. for breaking and entering in the nighttime, burglary, and assault.

 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash, possible rollover, on Monday at 5:19 p.m. at 225 Andover St. and 2 Sylvan St. Parties refused medical attention. One operator was cited for operating to endanger and a red light violation; A hit and run accident was reported on Monday at 6:24 p.m. at Macy’s at 210 Andover St.; A report of a motor vehicle crash was reported on Tuesday at the Sports Medicine North at 1 Orthopedic Drive at 8:03 a.m. Caller said she struck a parked car in the lot; A motor vehicle crash was reported on Tuesday at 8:31 a.m. at 69 Northend St.;  A motor vehicle crash was reported at 2 Cross St. and 174 Andover St. on Tuesday at 4:17 p.m.; at 7 Summit St. and 33 Centennial Drive on Tuesday at 5:36 p.m.; at 128 Lowell St. on Tuesday at 9:46 p.m. Witness said two people on a motorcycle may have crashed into a wall. Officer checked the area, but found nothing.

 

Overdose

An unconscious overdose victim was reported on Monday at 5:47 p.m. at 10 Hoover Ave. and taken to Salem Hospital.  

 

Complaints

A report of a disturbance on Monday at 2 North Central St. and 10 Pound Lane at 7:29 p.m. Report of a half dozen teenagers loitering and yelling at traffic. Officer sent the girls on their way and advised not to yell at traffic; A report of suspicious activity on Howley Street on Tuesday at 3:58 p.m. Caller said there’s a man in a white T-shirt and dark shorts in the Harmony Grove Cemetery with a rifle that may or not be real. Police confirmed it was a pellet gun and advised man to put it away and sent him on his way; A report of vandalism on Tuesday at 4:52 p.m. at the Nordstrom at 210 Andover St. Mall security reported juveniles did some minor damage in the bathroom. Officer brought the kids to the Outreach Center where they were picked up by their parents.

 

REVERE

Arrests

Omar Gaviria-Agudelo, 45, of 21 Eliot Rd. was arrested and charged with domestic assault or domestic assault and battery intimate relationship at 2:26 p.m. Tuesday.

 

A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested and charged with armed robbery on American Legion Highway at 7:58 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at Sunoco Gas Station at 2:26 p.m. Tuesday; at Stop & Shop on Squire Road at 3:44 p.m. Tuesday; at Copeland Circle at 7 p.m. Tuesday; at BJ’s Gasoline Station on Ward Street at 6:55 p.m. Tuesday; at Copeland Circle at 8:07 p.m. Tuesday; at Stop & Shop on Squire Road at 10:53 a.m. Wednesday.

Arrests

Elisa Marie Doherty, 30, of 23 Carr Rd., was arrested on warrant charges of leaving the scene of personal injury, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and driving the wrong way on a state highway.

Robert D. Ariniello, 41, of 25 Beachview Ave., was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery.

 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident on the Main Street ramp near Route 1 at 9:55 a.m. Tuesday; at 444 Broadway at 12:51 p.m. Tuesday;

 

Complaints

A report of a raccoon chasing cats around a property on Central Street at 9:43 a.m. Tuesday.

A report of an older male urinating  in the take out spot at Applebees Restaurant in front of customers at 2:48 p.m. Tuesday. Police report the man has a medical condition.

A report of a woman unconscious from a possible drug overdose on Broadway at 4:04 a.m. Tuesday.
