Report of a parking violation at MarketStreet on Sunday at 12:31 p.m. Mall security officer reported a white Ferrari taking up three handicapped spaces and the operator refuses to leave. Issue resolved before police arrived.

Accidents
A walk-in report of a man who was driving his car and a teenage girl, described to be around 16 or 17 years old, was riding a bicycle and drove right into the car at Atlantic Avenue and Treat Road. The girl had minor scrapes on her elbow and when officers contacted her family to check in on her she refused any medical treatment at 2:17 p.m. on Monday.

A caller reported two juveniles attempting to gain entry into the Elbridge Gerry Elementary School, Elm Street, at 7:41 p.m. on Monday. Responding officers got in contact with their parents and waited for them to be picked up.
A caller, from Texas, reported his brother was in some kind of trouble at Devereux Beach, stating something about his brother meeting a female on “Tinder” who suddenly blocked him on the site. When the brother arrived to the beach to meet with the unknown female, he was approached by four males while sitting in his car and he felt threatened. He left the scene, fled down Humphrey Street, and called the brother in Texas. Responding officers called up the victim in question to confirm the events in order at 1:36 a.m. on Tuesday.
