A caller reported a car alarm going off for over an hour at 12:31 a.m. Monday at 16 Crowninshield St. The officer attempted to locate the owner, but was unsuccessful. Officer to attempt again in the morning.
A caller reported a single loud bang, described as sounding like a gunshot at 6:05 a.m. Monday at 4 Bourbon St. The officer spoke with the staff at Edible Arrangements and it was a transformer explosion on the second pole diagonally behind the Edible Arrangements.

A caller reported waking up after hearing a noise, and that when she investigated, her purse and diamond ring were discovered stolen at 2:30 a.m. Monday at 39 Newcastle Road. The officer reported that the entry appears to be from an unlocked house door. The caller’s rings, purse, car keys, $700 in cash and various credit cards were stolen. No witnesses or suspects have been reported.
A caller reported a large safe was stolen from his property at 11:21 p.m. Monday at 13 Bradford Road. There are no suspects at this time.
