Bianca Kelley-Cumbee, of 23 Echo Grove Ave., was arrested on warrant charge of trespassing at 6:02 p.m. Friday.
Benjamin Krol, of 15 Lakeshore Road, Peabody, was arrested on warrant charges of OUI drugs second offense, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and Class A drug possession at 4:05 p.m. Friday.

Complaints
A report of three boys stealing a trailer at 5:18 p.m. Friday on Gallison Avenue. A caller reported three boys stole her son’s rolling trailer and were walking toward Goldthwait. It was further reported the boys turned around and were heading back toward Gallison dragging the trailer. Police reported the boys were cleaning up the beach and thought the trailer was trash. They have returned it.
A report of a disturbance at 11:10 p.m. Friday on Creesy Street. A caller reported there was a group of kids causing a disturbance in the parking lot. They were reportedly riding skateboards and were on the caller’s car. When the caller yelled at them, they reportedly threatened him; at 12:01 a.m. Saturday on State Street. A caller reported a large group outside of Maddie’s possibly fighting. Police reported a large group was “hooting and hollering outside,” but were leaving for the evening; at 9:55 a.m. Saturday on Garfield Street. A caller reported a dispute over money with a tenant/private chef and wanted to throw him out. Police relayed that they don’t get involved in evictions, which led the caller to say that he would physically throw the guy out himself.
A report of trespassing at 2:27 p.m. Saturday on Point O Rocks Lane. A caller reported there were two people sitting on her neighbor’s lawn and they were fishing. Her neighbor is elderly and said she did not give permission for them to be on her property. Police reported it was a public easement. The homeowner disagrees.
A report of suspicious activity at 11:06 p.m. Saturday on Pleasant Lane. An employee from the lodge reported a male or female wearing a white baseball cap was constantly entering and exiting the vehicle. Police reported the vehicle was locked up and there was no one in the area.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 6:50 a.m. Saturday on Creesy Street. A caller reported his tire was slashed and thought it was related to the teens on his car from the previous night.

Brian R. Donahue, 36, of 12 Court Road, Winthrop, was arrested and charged with nighttime building breaking and entering for a felony and trespassing at 2:56 a.m. Sunday.

A report of an assault with a dangerous weapon at 5:39 p.m. Saturday on Proctor Street. A caller reported a woman was driving aggressively. When she chased him down the roadway, he turned around and tried to run her over. Alisson Jardim Miranda-Silva, 28, was arrested.
