Arrests

Jose Delacruz, 20, of 115 Bartholomew St., Peabody, was arrested and charged on Wednesday at 1:48 p.m. with possession of a Class C drug, number plate violation, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Jennifer O’Hara, of 343 Main St., Alton, was arrested and charged on Wednesday at 11:52 a.m. with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, not in possession of a license, and equipment violation.

Kevin Sanchez, 24, of 11 Phillips Ave., was arrested and charged on Tuesday at 3:49 p.m. with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and a number plate violation.

A caller reported a woman drove her vehicle onto the curb and had significant tire damage at 5:22 p.m. on Monday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with property damage at Route 1 at 129 at 7:12 a.m. on Tuesday.

Assaults

A report of an assault made on Elizabeth Way at 5:51 p.m. on Monday.

Complaints

A caller reported a suspicious person driving around the neighborhood on North Hill Drive at 9:50 a.m. on Monday. Responding officers confirmed it was an engineering company working in town.

A caller reported a driver was operating erratically at 618 Summer St. at 3:11 p.m. on Monday. The officer spoke with the driver and the driver stated he dropped a cigarette on the floor.

MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

A report of a large limb down on Liberty Lane blocking the road at 3:11 p.m. Tuesday.

A Lincoln Park resident reported her neighbor sprayed her with a hose during a dispute at 5:49 p.m. Tuesday. The woman brought a video of the incident to police.

A driver near Atlantic Avenue and Seaview Avenue reported a slow driver in the inbound lane at 8:54 p.m. Tuesday. Police report the driver was unaware of the speed limit and being cautious.

A Bowden Street resident reported someone went through his car during the night Wednesday at 6:39 a.m.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 115 Main St. at 2:51 p.m. on Monday; at 210 N Andover St. at 4:48 p.m. on Monday.

Complaints

A report of a stolen iPhone 6 was made at 1 Mcintyre Court at 4:07 p.m. on Monday.

A caller reported a patient’s family member made threats at Aviv Skilled Nursing Center, 240 Lynnfield St., at 9:01 a.m. on Tuesday. The officer stated the patient was discharged from the facility and a notice of trespass was issued.

A caller reported a person walking through yards at 14 Tumelty Road at 1 a.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers confirmed a person doing fence work in the yard.

Theft

A caller reported a motor vehicle breaking and entering at Luigi’s, 117 Lynnfield St., at 5:16 p.m. on Monday. Responding officers confirmed a shoulder bag with credit cards and $130 cash was taken but there are no suspects.

A caller reported his bike was stolen from his front yard at 18 Essex Lane at 8:48 a.m. Tuesday.
