Arrests

Kristin Ballentine of 11 La Grange Terrace, was arrested and charged assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery  on Monday at 3:15 p.m.

Julio Cuevas, 37, of 677 Western Ave. was arrested on a courtesy booking on Monday at 6:07 am.

Mark Dauphinee of 16 Baker St. was arrested and charged on Monday at 10:56 a.m. with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and personal injury, driving with a revoked license, destruction of property, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Pedro Lopez, 25, of 17 Highland Ave., was arrested and charged on Monday at 1:30 p.m. with disorderly conduct, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, trespassing, and resisting arrest.

Randy Seang of 178 Chestnut St. was arrested and charged on Monday at 12:58 p.m. with assault and battery on a family, and the malicious destruction of an automobile.

Matthew O’Donnell, 24, of 18 Dartmouth St. was arrested and charged on Monday at 2:32 p.m. with possession of a Class B drug.

Alicia Scoppa of 119 Allen Ave. was arrested and charged on Sunday at 5:36 p.m. with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, burglary, assault, and assault and battery on a family.  

LYNNFIELD

Arrests

Robert Rapino, 42, of 19 Maple St., was arrested and charged with domestic assault, domestic assault and battery, and witness, juror, police, or court official intimidation at 1:35 a.m. on Sunday.

Accidents

A report of a minor motor vehicle accident at Condon Circle at 4:41 p.m. on Sunday.

Complaints

A caller reported an ice cream truck selling ice cream without a permit at Lynnfield Middle School, 505 Main St., at 1:59 p.m. on Sunday.

A caller reported a suspicious person looking inside of cars with a flashlight at Lara Lane at 2:55 a.m. on Monday.

MARBLEHEAD

Arrests

Duke Oneblood Trueblood, 64, of 60 Perkins St. Apt. 1, Salem, was arrested on warrant charges.

Accident

A report of a motor vehicle accident on Atlantic Avenue at 3:32 p.m. Sunday.

Complaints

A caller reported that yesterday, her 14-year-old daughter was out walking and a neighbor who is disabled was stalking her at 9:47 a.m. Sunday. The caller said it is an ongoing issue and it makes her and her children very uncomfortable. She said her daughter told her the man was attempting to take pictures of her.

A Waldron Court resident reported she was out weed-whacking in her yard and a neighbor came outside and yelled at her for doing yard work at 2:15 p.m. Sunday.

A driver on Rockaway Street and Washington Street reported that a woman came up to him and just started to yell at him at 7:16 p.m. Sunday. He said he did not know why she began to yell at him and when he said he was going to call the police, she stopped.

PEABODY

Complaints

A caller reported one of his tires was slashed at 87 Endicott St. at 1:37 a.m. on Saturday. The responding officer confirmed the front passenger tire was slashed and the security camera footage was reviewed.

A report of loud music was made at 8 Gwinnett Rd. at 1:31 a.m. on Sunday. The officer notified the residents to shut the music off and take rest of the party inside for the evening and they were also advised that the party would be shut down if police would have to show up again.

A report of a fight in progress at 79 Lowell St. at 2:46 a.m. on Sunday. The responding officer requested an ambulance and one male was checked by an ambulance but refused further medical treatment. All parties involved were sent on their way.

REVERE

Arrests

Alex Bustamante, 43, of 182 Hichborn St., was arrested and charged with failure to stop or yield, operating under the influence of liquor, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 12:45 a.m. on Monday.

Anthony Iovanna, 30, of 99 Lincoln St., was arrested on a warrant charge and charged with possession of a class B drug at 3:18 p.m. on Sunday.

Mynor Lopez, 35, of 24 Hanover St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, operating after license or right to operate was suspended, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, and leaving an accident scene after property damage at 12:02 a.m. on Saturday.

Damian Parker, 30, of 32 Fitzhenry Square, was arrested on two warrant charges and charged with operating after a license or right to operate was revoked, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle at 7:36 p.m. on Sunday.

Karl Pierre, 26, of 47 Clinton St., Everett, was arrested on a warrant arrest from another jurisdiction at 11:48 a.m. on Friday.

Hector Torres, 28, of 42 Dehon St., was arrested on three separate warrant charges and charged with assault and battery at 11:34 p.m. on Friday.

A report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident with property damage at Payson Street at 8:51 p.m. on Sunday.

A Jasper Street resident reported she has been receiving harassing letters from someone she believes she went to high school with at 12:07 p.m. Friday.

A report of a teenager walking along the median of Route 1 North at 2:19 p.m. Friday.

A report of a verbal argument between a customer and employee at Quick Test on Broadway at 4:52 p.m. Friday.

A Maple Street resident reported she had cameras connected to her phone and saw two men with bags inside her home at 9:47 p.m. Friday. Police report there were no signs of any forced entry into the home and they believe they watched an old video of what appears to be themselves walking around the home.

A report of a “suspicious black male wearing an orange shirt and black pants” standing on the sidewalk for an extended period of time on Vine Street at 11:21 p.m. Friday.

A report of a tree blocking the entire sidewalk at Sachem Signworks on Main Street at 6:07 a.m. Saturday.

A report of a suspicious white man wearing no shirt walking around the area of Central Place an Mountain Avenue throwing punches in the air at 9:11 a.m. Saturday. The caller reports the man punched their neighbors punching bag while walking past their home.

A report of scrap metal in the middle and right lane of Route 1 near Home Depot Building Supply at 9:15 a.m. Saturday.

A report of a customer refusing to pay a bill because he was not served a drink at Oye’s Restaurant on Broadway at 4:23 p.m. Saturday.

An elderly female reported being in a verbal argument with another elderly female at 10:16 a.m. Sunday.

Theft

A report of shoplifting from Walgreens on Broadway at 2:06 p.m. Sunday.
