Mark Dauphinee of 16 Baker St. was arrested and charged on Monday at 10:56 a.m. with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and personal injury, driving with a revoked license, destruction of property, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Pedro Lopez, 25, of 17 Highland Ave., was arrested and charged on Monday at 1:30 p.m. with disorderly conduct, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, trespassing, and resisting arrest.
Randy Seang of 178 Chestnut St. was arrested and charged on Monday at 12:58 p.m. with assault and battery on a family, and the malicious destruction of an automobile.
Matthew O’Donnell, 24, of 18 Dartmouth St. was arrested and charged on Monday at 2:32 p.m. with possession of a Class B drug.
Alicia Scoppa of 119 Allen Ave. was arrested and charged on Sunday at 5:36 p.m. with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, burglary, assault, and assault and battery on a family.

Arrests
Duke Oneblood Trueblood, 64, of 60 Perkins St. Apt. 1, Salem, was arrested on warrant charges.
Accident
A report of a motor vehicle accident on Atlantic Avenue at 3:32 p.m. Sunday.
Complaints
A caller reported that yesterday, her 14-year-old daughter was out walking and a neighbor who is disabled was stalking her at 9:47 a.m. Sunday. The caller said it is an ongoing issue and it makes her and her children very uncomfortable. She said her daughter told her the man was attempting to take pictures of her.
A Waldron Court resident reported she was out weed-whacking in her yard and a neighbor came outside and yelled at her for doing yard work at 2:15 p.m. Sunday.
A driver on Rockaway Street and Washington Street reported that a woman came up to him and just started to yell at him at 7:16 p.m. Sunday. He said he did not know why she began to yell at him and when he said he was going to call the police, she stopped.
PEABODY
Complaints
A caller reported one of his tires was slashed at 87 Endicott St. at 1:37 a.m. on Saturday. The responding officer confirmed the front passenger tire was slashed and the security camera footage was reviewed.
A report of loud music was made at 8 Gwinnett Rd. at 1:31 a.m. on Sunday. The officer notified the residents to shut the music off and take rest of the party inside for the evening and they were also advised that the party would be shut down if police would have to show up again.
A report of a fight in progress at 79 Lowell St. at 2:46 a.m. on Sunday. The responding officer requested an ambulance and one male was checked by an ambulance but refused further medical treatment. All parties involved were sent on their way.

Mynor Lopez, 35, of 24 Hanover St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, operating after license or right to operate was suspended, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, and leaving an accident scene after property damage at 12:02 a.m. on Saturday.
Damian Parker, 30, of 32 Fitzhenry Square, was arrested on two warrant charges and charged with operating after a license or right to operate was revoked, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle at 7:36 p.m. on Sunday.
Karl Pierre, 26, of 47 Clinton St., Everett, was arrested on a warrant arrest from another jurisdiction at 11:48 a.m. on Friday.
