SWAMPSCOTT – Summer Theater, a musical theater program for kids entering grades three through nine, will return to Swampscott High School. The five-week program runs three days a week beginning July 3.

This year’s program will culminate in a performance of The Lion King Kids, based on the Disney film, on August 2 at 11:30 a.m. in the high school auditorium.

The program is an opportunity for kids to act, sing, dance, and do projects involving costumes and scenery. Summer theater is available to kids from Swampscott and surrounding communities.
