Nelson Mora, 25, of 68 Hillside Ave., was arrested and charged with six counts of Class A drug trafficking more than 36 grams at 6:58 a.m. Tuesday.
Joseph Vincent, 28, of 128 Benson St., North Conway, N.H., was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, speeding, failure to signal and on warrant charges of two counts of Class B drug possession, leaving the scene of property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 11:17 a.m. Monday.

Police reported the taxi driver returned an item the homeowner forgot in his vehicle; at 2:42 p.m. Friday on Thomas Road. A neighbor complained about a plow and trailer parked on the road disturbing traffic. Police reported the vehicles were legally parked.

A bicyclist was reportedly tapped by a motor vehicle at 4:31 p.m. Monday at Humphrey Street and Rockaway Avenue. The bicyclist stated he wasn’t feeling well and was taken to North Shore Children’s Hospital. His parents were notified.
Complaints
A report of suspicious activity at 12:10 p.m. Monday on Ocean Avenue. A caller reported she returned home and found a man in her backyard taking pictures. He reportedly told her he was interesting in buying the house and was taking pictures. The caller said she was living in the house and that the owners were out of the home and were not selling the house.
Theft
A report of a stolen wallet at 1:03 p.m. Monday on Atlantic Avenue. A caller reported he left his wallet on a shelf in one of the aisles of Ace Hardware. He said a man in the store may have taken it. Police reported the wallet was inside the car.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 8:11 p.m. Monday on Broughton Road. A car window was reportedly shot out, possibly with a BB gun. Police reported the damage was minor.
