A real estate agent reported that over the last few weeks, a woman has been attending open houses and “rifling through stuff.” The agent reported the woman was at a house on Brook Road at 12:59 p.m. Sunday and she was standing behind her car until officers arrived.
A caller reported her son ingested some sunblock at 3:20 p.m. Sunday on Nanepashemet Street. The caller was able to get the sunblock out of the child’s mouth and declined medical attention.
A report of a vehicle stuck in the sand on Ocean Avenue at 3:29 p.m. Sunday.

SAUGUS
Complaints
On Friday at 11:35 a.m. a caller from Lowe’s at 1500 Broadway reported someone stole her iPad from her shopping cart. The store reportedly has video of the suspect. Officer dispatched. Report to follow.
Marshalls reported a white male wearing a black jacket, black hat, carrying a brown bag attempted to shoplift $60 worth of merchandise, and took off toward Eastern Bank on Friday at 12:01 p.m. Officers dispatched and searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. Items were recovered at the door. Report to follow. Store said they will bring videotape of the incident to the station.
Police were notified by a work crew that some baby ducklings fell down the storm drain at at Ballard Street and the Salem Turnpike on Friday at 1:41 p.m. Ladder One responded and a joint rescue by the Saugus Fire Department, Saugus Police Department, and National Grid successfully saved 13 ducklings from the storm drain.
On Friday, at 5:14, caller reported while visiting her ex-husband, she believes his new girlfriend stole $700 out of her pocketbook. Officer dispatched. Report to follow.
A caller from Lomas Flowers at 486 Lincoln Ave. reported a break-in on Saturday at 9:23 a.m. through the back door. The cash register was destroyed. Officer dispatched. Report to follow.
