A State Street resident reported his neighbor has parked in a way that he can’t get to his car at 8:42 a.m. Monday. Police told the caller the matter should be reported to his landlord. The caller said his landlord and the other tenant are both unresponsive. Police called the neighbor, who said it was the caller’s own fault for parking too close to her the night before. She reported that one time, he piled rocks in her space.

A Kimball Street resident reported her neighbors’ landscapers are on both sides of her house using noisy leaf blowers at 9:36 a.m. Monday.

A Woodfin Terrace resident reported he is trying to pick up his Corvette from a car shop but the owner won’t open the door of the shop at 10:43 a.m. Monday.

A report of someone parking erratically on Pleasant Street at 1:06 p.m. Monday. The caller said the erratic parker may or may not have struck another parked car. Police report it did not.
A report of about 15 cars parked on Ocean Avenue along the causeway to observe the whales at 3:07 p.m. Monday. The caller reports it is a traffic hazard and someone will get hurt. Police told the observers they have to move immediately and whale watching is over.
An Endicott Avenue resident reported he was working on his computer when a page popped up that gave him a phone number to dial at 3:52 p.m. Monday.
A caller from Farrell, Conn., said her mother in Marblehead is without heat and has been for several days at 8:43 p.m. Monday. The caller brought her mother home to stay with her until the problem is resolved, but she knows her neighbor is also without heat and using a space heater.
A report of a black Range Rover parked on the sidewalk on Orne Street at 8:48 p.m. Monday. Police report the vehicle is parked in the owner’s driveway and is sticking out slightly on the edge of the sidewalk. Officers determined the vehicle is not parked illegally.
A Westminster Road resident reported seeing something of concern on Instagram at 7:59 a.m. Tuesday. Police report the words are song lyrics.
A caller wanted an officer to look at her car and start it for her on Atlantic Avenue at 11:03 a.m. Tuesday. Police advised her they will not do that and she should reach out to a mechanic or call AAA for assistance.
