Evangeline Arbogast, 58, of 224 Washington St., was arrested and charged with larceny from a person, resisting arrest, and assault at 3:36 p.m. on Monday.

Darison Cepeda, 22, of 17 Stone Place, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop or yield at 2:23 a.m. on Monday.

Christine Lerebours, 26, of 38 Woodland Rd, Malden, was arrested on a warrant charge of assault and battery and charged with larceny from a person at 3:42 p.m. on Monday.

A caller reported that their neighbors were away from their residence and said there were kids walking around the outside of the home with the appearance of lights being on and sounds of the dryer vent being on inside the residence at Franklin Street at 5:53 p.m. on Sunday.

A caller reported a dark colored pickup truck that constantly speeds down the street is now at the corner of Bubier Road and Atlantic Avenue with someone in the car but when police arrived the car was vacant and the hood was cold at Wyman Road at 7:50 p.m. on Sunday.



A caller reported a couple arguing in the building but officer checked and confirmed it was an argument between neighbors over a smoke detector at Northfield Properties, LLC, 65 Main St., at 2:02 a.m. on Monday.


A report of a possible overdose with a transport to Salem Hospital at Pound Lane at 2:05 a.m. on Monday.
