Maybe it doesn’t matter just how many inches of snow is burying your driveway. It’s a lot, and you have to move it. But the good people at the National Weather Service have the data, and it’s hard not to take a look. Here are some of the reported snow totals along the North Shore.
- Lynn: 21.3 inches
- Marblehead: 14.2 inches
- Peabody: 16.4 inches
- West Peabody: 22.0 inches
- Revere: 18.5 inches
- Saugus: 18.5 inches
These measurements are submitted by volunteers, so the total on your stoop may be different. Across the state, the jackpot was in Methuen, where 28.3 inches of the white fluff blanketed on the town. Here’s the NWS map with snow totals across the state:
