Claudio Grabiel, 26, of 94 Wyman St., was arrested and charged with one-way street violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 4:36 p.m. Saturday.

MARBLEHEAD

Complaints

A report of a suspicious text at 4:36 p.m. Saturday on Pleasant Street. A person walked into the police station and reported receiving suspicious text messages from the same phone number. It was believed to be someone messing with the person who reported the incident. Police reported receiving a call on the police line from that same number that had texted the person and it was a voice recording that said the texts were a joke from Youtube.

A report of a black Toyota parked illegally at 6:12 p.m. Saturday on Summer Street. Police reported there was no signage about no parking in that spot — the signs were on the other side, but not in that location. The caller told police the Toyota was still there and stated there were no signs “because there is snow on the ground covering the lines that show you cannot park there.”

Johnny J. Constantino, 37, of 66 Beaver St., Apt. 2, Salem, was arrested and charged with two counts of Class B drug possession, Class C drug possession, Class E drug possession and larceny at 3 p.m. Friday.

A report of a disturbance at 2:59 a.m. Friday at Tannery Apartments at 50 Warren St.; at 4:06 a.m. Friday at Northeast Arms at 108H Newbury St. A caller reported there were people shooting guns in the area, which was very loud and woke up his family.
