Arrests

Linda Booth, 40, of 50 Andrew St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Kristin Fulcher, 39, of 22 Perkins St., Amesbury, was arrested on charges of shoplifting by asportation and warrant charges of larceny.

Bianca Neary was arrested on warrant charges of disturbing the peace.

Abraham Rojas, of 29 Hutchinson St., Revere, was arrested on warrant charges of possession of a Class B drug and shoplifting.

Devyn Spaulding, 19, of 46 Paradise Road, Swampscott, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, possession of alcohol in an open container, misusing a document from the Registry of Motor Vehicles, and possession of alcohol while under the age of 21.

Charles Stankiewicz Jr., 34, of 64 Lewis St., was arrested on warrant charges of shoplifting, larceny and theft.

PEABODY

Arrests

Debra A. Bell, 56, of 16 Murphy Ave. Apt. 1, Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and possession to distribute a Class E drug.

Minhthien Giap, 23, of 1 Calas Circle, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault on a family or household member.

Edward F. Williams, 63, of 156 Verona St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

A report of a large pothole at Winona and Lake streets at 5:17 p.m. Monday.

A report of a group of youths throwing rocks at a building on Lynn Street at 6:15 p.m. Monday.

A caller reported a family member had two butcher knives in the house and was making threats to other family members on Calas Circle at 10:45 p.m. Monday.

A report of a wire down at Clement Avenue and Washington Street at 1:40 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of a woman who was running through traffic on Walnut Street jumping on the hood of a motor vehicle at 2:43 p.m. Tuesday. The woman was described to be between 30 and 40 years old, and wearing red and black clothing. Police could not find the individual.

Theft

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering to two vehicles at 62 Glendale Ave. at 6 p.m. Monday; on Summit Terrace at 8:37 a.m. Tuesday.

A report of a holdup at 7-Eleven on Lowell Street at 3:43 a.m. Tuesday. One person was summoned for shoplifting.

An Andy’s Variety employee reported a woman stole a beer then left the store at 2:49 p.m. Tuesday. The officer spoke with the clerk and was able to get the beer back.

A Columbus Avenue resident reported his vehicle was struck by a plow truck at 10:34 a.m. Monday.

A report of a motorcycle accident on Broadway at 1:04 p.m. Monday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at Saugus Town Hall at 5:39 p.m. Monday.

A report of a fight at Hooters on Broadway at 12:06 a.m. Monday; at L.A. Fitness on Broadway at 3:44 p.m. Monday.

A report of boys throwing snowballs on Rice Street at 2:26 a.m. Monday.

A Magnolia Street resident reported her home was egged at 10:22 a.m. Monday.

A report of people playing basketball at the Bristow Street Park at 1:37 a.m. Tuesday.

Theft

A report of shoplifting at Macy’s Department Store at 3 p.m. Monday.

A taxi driver reported a Newhall Avenue resident was picked up at Massachusetts General Hospital and ran into his home before paying his bill at 5:54 p.m. Monday.
