Melanie A. Koulouris, 40, of 96 Birch St., was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, motor vehicle operator refuses to identify self and leaving the scene of property damage at 8:49 p.m. Sunday.


A report of a motor vehicle accident at 5:46 p.m. Sunday at 94 Shore Drive; at 10:41 a.m. Monday at 88 Central St. A vehicle into a pole was reported.


A report of a disturbance at 8:37 p.m. Sunday at Petrillo’s at 6 Foster St.; at 11:11 p.m. Sunday at 30 Evans Road; at 1:34 a.m. Monday at 11 Roosevelt Ave.; at 8:49 a.m. Monday at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School at 485 Lowell St. A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested for disturbing school.

A report of suspicious activity at 2:48 p.m. Monday at Skating Rink on Perkins Street. A caller reported a group of youths appeared to be bullying another youth. An officer reported no bullying was occurring and that the matter was a group of youths horseplaying.


A report of an overdose at 7:08 p.m. Sunday on Sherman Street. The person was taken to Salem Hospital; at 12:46 a.m. Monday on Ellsworth Road. The woman was taken to Salem Hospital.



A report of a motor vehicle accident with non-fatal injuries at Kanes Donuts with one patient transported to Mass General Hospital at 120 Lincoln Ave. at 9:26 a.m. on Sunday; with one transported to Melrose/Wakefield Hospital at 404 Lincoln Ave. at 12:18 p.m. on Sunday.


A caller from the Red Roof Inn requested a female party be removed after a verbal altercation at 920 Broadway apt. 336 at 12:06 a.m. on Monday.
