Jaquan Bodden, 23, of 400 Bay Drive, Canton, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation and possession of a blank credit card at 2:08 p.m. Saturday.

Horacio Deleon, 37, of 36 Smith St., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 2:04 p.m. Sunday.

Marvin Deleon-Barrios, 30, of 31 Addison Ave., was arrested on a courtesy booking at 3:47 p.m. Saturday.

Kristin Fulcher, of 22 Perkins St., Amesbury, was arrested on a warrant charge of malicious wanton property defacement at 2:42 a.m. Saturday.

John O’Neil, of 380 Chatham St., was arrested on warrant charges of OUI drugs, OUI liquor, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, marked lanes violation and drug possession with intent to distribute at 12:13 a.m. Saturday.

Victor Sanchez, 50, of 4 Tilton Place, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation and Class E drug possession at 9:41 a.m. Sunday.

Otto Solis-Lopez, 19, of 55 Cottage St., was arrested and charged with nighttime breaking and entering for a felony and assault and battery at 7:40 p.m. Saturday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 2:27 p.m. Friday on Maple Street; at 10:49 p.m. Saturday at West Shore Drive and Calumet Lane.

Complaints

A report of a woman flagging down cars at 2:27 p.m. Friday on Jersey Street. Multiple callers reported a woman “jumping in and out of traffic” in the area, possibly looking for a ride to Dunkin’ Donuts. Police spoke to the woman and advised her not to do that. She said she understood.

A report of suspicious activity at 10:03 a.m. Saturday on Pleasant Street. A caller reported there was a man on the sidewalk in the front of the library holding a sign about Donald Trump. Police told her they knew about the man and that he has a right to be there and hold a sign; at 12 a.m. Sunday on Lee Street. A caller reported a small red SUV made several circles around his house and that a man wearing a dark hoodie proceeded to get out of the car and run into a residence nearby. Police reported the man ran into a neighbor’s house from the pouring rain and that the listed vehicle is in the driveway of the house the person ran to.

A report of a disturbance at 12:55 a.m. Sunday on Washington Street. A caller reported a yelling match between a man and a woman. The woman was reportedly yelling about an Uber ride and left with a sober driver; at 2:20 a.m. Sunday on Creesy Street; at 6:18 a.m. Sunday on Pleasant Street.

Arrest

Marcial Larios Jr., 27, of 135 Fenley St., Revere, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 7:01 p.m. Saturday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 3:20 p.m. Friday at 18 Kenwood Road; at 9:28 a.m. Saturday at West Branch Library at 603 Lowell St. A car into a fence was reported. Elaine Purdis, 80, of 15 Bourbon St., Apt. 66, was summoned for leaving the scene of property damage and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:27 p.m. Friday at Best Gas at 129 Newbury St.; at 9:22 p.m. Friday at Kappy’s Liquor at 175 Andover St. A vehicle rollover in the parking lot was reported. A caller reported a vehicle went through a red light, struck the vehicle and took off. Adrei Hardy, 23, of 5 Minot St., Woburn, was summoned for revoked for insurance/unregistered vehicle; at 10:58 a.m. Saturday at 111 Central St. and 2 Wilson Terrace; at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Route 95 South and Route 128 North. A four-car accident with possible injuries and entrapment was reported. State Police handled the accident; at 8:36 p.m. Saturday at Sunshine Laundry at 48 Foster St.; at 10:03 a.m. Sunday at 13 Lowe St.; at 12:37 p.m. Sunday at 2 Tremont St. and 63 Central St.; at 2:14 p.m. Sunday at Starbucks at 240 Andover St.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 1:08 a.m. Sunday at 159 Main St. A rollover car accident was reported. The driver of the car that rolled over was taken to Salem Hospital.

Assaults

A report of an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 10:39 p.m. Saturday on Keys Drive. A woman reportedly got hit in the head with a bat. The woman stated it was a drug deal gone bad. The victim was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital and the suspects fled into Saugus in a 2003 gray Honda Accord. Brianna A. Lovasco, 26, of 1 Newhall Place, Apt. 2, was summoned for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 4:15 p.m. Friday at The Finishing Touch Nail & Spa at 139 Lynnfield St. Police reported there was no forced entry and nothing was taken; at 6:44 p.m. Friday at BMW of Peabody at 221 Andover St. A caller reported theft from his vehicle while it was being serviced.

A report of a breaking and entering at 12:08 p.m. Saturday at B&S Gillis Insurance Inc. at 85 Main St. A man reported his $300 business sign was stolen off the wall at his place of business.

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 1:36 a.m. Sunday on Aberdeen Street. The person was taken to Lahey Hospital.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 10:21 a.m. Saturday at 4112 Crane Brook Way. A theft of a necklace was reported. An officer reported maintenance came into the house to fix a water pressure problem, but did not properly secure the door. When the residents came home, the caller’s husband’s necklace was gone.

A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 11:59 a.m. Saturday at 50 Warren St.
