A report of a breaking and entering at 6:45 p.m. Sunday at Benzine LLC at 368 Broadway. The owner reported finding the front window smashed with boxes covering the window and the front and back door unsecure. He said all of the computer equipment has been taken from the inside of the establishment, with an approximate value of $10,000.

A report of suspicious activity at 4:29 p.m. Sunday at Michael’s Crafts at 607 Broadway. An employee reported a woman was attempting to use a wire to break into a car. The woman reportedly claimed that the vehicle was hers, but the caller thought she was impaired. Police reported it was the woman’s car; at 10:22 p.m. Sunday at 3 Bacon Drive. A caller reported that he thought people that had harassed him two years ago by constantly beeping their car horns at him have started doing it again.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 9:37 p.m. Friday at LA Fitness at 1450 Broadway. A man reported his jacket, keys and driver’s license were stolen from his gym locker; at 11:26 a.m. Saturday at Sunoco Gas Station at 700 Broadway, an employee reported a man failed to pay for a soda, pack of cigarettes and a carton of cigarettes, which totaled $121.80. The man used a credit card, which got declined, but still reportedly left the store without paying; at 3:13 p.m. Saturday at Sunglass Hut at 1201 Broadway. A caller reported a past theft of more than $1,000 worth of merchandise.
