Rodney Lemon, 29, of 15 Eileen Road, was arrested on warrant charges.

Sara Laboeuf, 44, of 4 Aberdeen St., was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation, second offense; receiving stolen property worth less than $250, furnishing a false name or social security number, disorderly conduct, and warrant charges.

William Fletcher, 35, of 4 Aberdeen St., was arrested on warrant charges.

A report of a hit and run accident at Peabody City Garage at 4:20 p.m. Monday.

Complaints

A Cardigan Road resident reported his neighbor’s pitbull dogs were there overnight and he wants them to be restrained on their own property at 3:49 p.m. Monday. Caller said he does not like pitbulls and does not feel safe around them because of the DNA of the breed. Police told the caller the dogs have never been reported for biting anyone and police cannot place restrictions on the dogs based on their breed. The caller was also warned to register his own two dogs.

A report of an intoxicated person on Foster Street at 8:52 p.m. Monday.

Overdose

A report of an overdose on Bartholomew Terrace at 7:39 a.m. Tuesday.

Theft

A caller reported items missing from her Stor-U-Self self storage unit on Foster Street missing at 6:11 p.m. Monday.

A report of shoplifting at Barbaro Liquors on Foster Street at 8:11 p.m. Monday.

Jonathan Vasquez, 19, of 236 Harris St., was arrested on warrant charges.

A report of identity fraud at 10:54 a.m. Monday on Bristow Street. Caller reported he received a tax claim from Amazon, when he has never worked for the company.

A report of an intoxicated male causing a disturbance near the doorway of Bob’s Store on Broadway at 7:03 p.m. Monday.

A report of a sofa in the street on Central Street in front of the Junior Ranger Station at the Saugus Iron Works at 8:57 p.m. Monday. Police report the sofa was moved to the side of the road.

A caller reported the roads were becoming slippery at 11:57 p.m. Monday.

Theft

A report of a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at the Marine Corps Recruiting Office on Broadway at 9:47 a.m. Monday.
