A report of suspicious activity at 12:56 p.m. Monday at 9 Emerald Road. A caller reported that someone was “just in my house.” She said that while she was in the basement, her dogs started to bark uncontrollably upstairs. She said she saw mulch all over the floor when she got to the living room area. She thought that the neighbor possibly tossed mulch all over the floor because of an ongoing neighbor feud. Police reported the incident was unfounded and at no point did any people enter the caller’s residence.
