United Way help families of Lynn for Thanksgiving at Lynn Housing Authority

More than 1,000 bags of Thanksgiving groceries lined the floor of Lynn Housing Authority on Saturday as United Way donated them to people and families in need. Included in the bags were potatoes, stuffing mix, onions, rice, canned corn, canned green beans, cranberry sauce and gravy with a turkey tin and a $20 coupon to Market Basket for a turkey.
