Arrests

Rosalba Contreras, 52, of 17 Highland Ave., was arrested and charged with possession to distribute a Class D drug and unlawful possession of ammunition at 5:58 a.m. Tuesday.

Adonis Cristobal, 31, of 17 Highland Ave., was arrested and charged with possession to distribute a Class D drug at 5:59 a.m. Tuesday.

Anthony Dellelo, 48, of 34 Atlantic Ave., Saugus, was arrested and charged with OUI drugs fourth offense and Class A drug possession at 9:39 a.m. Tuesday.

Shannon Ferris, 37, of 26 Broad St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery at 7:47 a.m. Tuesday.

Carlos Lopez, 29, of 17 Highland Ave., was arrested and charged with two counts of firearm use in a felony, Class A drug trafficking more than 36 grams, possession to distribute a Class D drug, Class B drug possession and unlawful possession of ammunition at 8:13 a.m. Tuesday.

Dionis Lopez, 27, of 17 Highland Ave., was arrested and charged with Class A drug trafficking more than 100 grams, Class B drug trafficking more than 100 grams, possession to distribute a Class D drug, firearm use in a felony, possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number, possession of a large capacity feeding device without a license and unlawful possession of ammunition at 5:53 a.m. Tuesday.

David Polito, 25, was arrested and charged with trespassing at 1:10 p.m. Monday.

Complaints

A report of suspicious activity at 7:41 p.m. Monday at 527 Salem St. A caller reported a man walking in the neighborhood, who was wearing a ski mask, dark sweatshirt hoodie and flannel plaid pants. Police reported the man was a resident from down the street, who was out for a walk.

A report of a suspicious person at 6:35 a.m. Tuesday at 527 Salem St. A caller reported a man in pajamas and a mask by the mailboxes. Police reported there was nobody found in the area.

Theft

A report of motor vehicle theft at 11:18 p.m. Friday at 70 S Broadway.

MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A report of a vehicle into a pole at 1:59 p.m. Monday on Humphrey Street. Multiple callers reported a vehicle into a telephone pole. The driver reportedly took off.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 2:36 p.m. Monday on Smith Street. A bus vs. a mail truck was reported.

Theft

A caller reported her upstairs neighbor took her mat for the second time at 2:57 p.m. Monday on Franklin Street.
