A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 4:43 a.m. Saturday on Overlook Road.
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:59 p.m. Saturday on Atlantic Avenue; at 8:36 p.m. Saturday on Clifton Avenue; at 1:39 a.m. Sunday on Pleasant Street. A single car crash into a tree was reported. Police found the car locked with keys in the ignition, and after a search, found the driver on Mechanic Street. The driver was brought back to the scene. He was taken to Salem Hospital and the complaint was delivered to the mother.
Complaints
A woman complained to police at 9:51 a.m. Saturday on Pleasant Street about getting a sticker on her car when she parked in the Village Plaza. She said she dropped her mother off at the nail salon and then parked the car. She walked to the salon to make sure her mother was situated and then went back to Dunkin’ Donuts and found a sticker had been placed on her vehicle. She said she felt it was outrageous and wondered how “we could let that happen in our town.” Police explained to her that the lot was private and the attendant was hired to monitor parking. She said she would write a letter.
Overdose
A report of an opioid overdose at 5 p.m. Saturday on Lincoln Avenue. Police reported it was not an overdose and that the man was clear by EMS and had left the house; at 6:06 p.m. Saturday on Lincoln Avenue.

Joseph Karatzas, 41, of 49 Irving Way, was arrested and charged with unregistered motor vehicle, OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 12:57 a.m. Sunday.

A report of a breaking and entering at 11:10 a.m. Sunday at Gateway Newstand at 210G Andover St. Security reported a past breaking and entering. Sometime Saturday night, $2,300 worth of merchandise was taken and the following morning, $3,500 worth of merchandise was taken.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 6:45 p.m. Saturday on Winnegance Avenue. The occupants of a car were reportedly possibly smoking marijuana; at 2:40 p.m. Sunday at Sears at 210S Andover St. A customer was reportedly making threats towards an employee.
A report of suspicious activity at 7:40 p.m. Saturday at Stonewood Tavern at 139 Lynnfield St. A man reportedly exposed himself at the mall in Forever 21 earlier. Mall security was notified of the incident earlier in the day by the mother, who reported that security was “not interested.” Mall security reported looking into the incident but the mother failed to call them back with more information; at 11:25 p.m. Saturday at 64 Foster St. The property manager reported the residents of 305 may be urinating in the elevator.

A report of vandalism at 9:58 a.m. Sunday at 2 Main St. Past vandalism to a motor vehicle was reported; at 12:58 p.m. Sunday at 17 Moulton Road. A caller reported someone put water in her gas tank.

Accident
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 11:38 a.m. Friday at Target at 400 Lynn Fells Parkway.
Complaints
A report of a disturbance at 10:56 a.m. Friday at North Shore Bank at 489 Lincoln Ave. A caller reported a man tore down the fence in the rear lot. Police reported speaking with the man, who said he was doing some work at the church and removed the fence to gain access. The fence has been repaired.
A report of suspicious activity at 12:29 p.m. Friday at Target at 400 Lynn Fells Parkway. A woman came into the police station to report that a dinner plate at Target had a swastika on it. She told the Target manager and also wanted the police to know.
