Tina Megna, 46, of 194 Falcon St., Boston, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and on a warrant charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 6:54 a.m. Monday.

Christopher Morrissey, of 8 Farnham St., Boston, was arrested on a warrant charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 11:36 p.m. Sunday.

A report of a vehicle vs. a sign at 2:59 p.m. Sunday at Rockaway and Atlantic avenues. A caller reported her car spun out and took out a sign.

Complaints

A report of suspicious activity at 6:47 p.m. Saturday on West Orchard Street. A caller reported she heard her doorbell ring around 3:30 p.m. and when she looked out the window, she saw a kid with a clown mask on. She reported that the boy said “trick or treat” and she said it was not Halloween. The boy then reportedly said “well, candy for my troubles” and she said that she did not have any candy because it was not Halloween. She felt it was a bit strange for him to be trick or treating at that time.

A report of an underage drinking party at 8:59 p.m. Saturday on Gilbert Heights Road. Everyone involved was released to their parents.

A report of a disturbance at 12:32 a.m. Sunday on Pleasant Street.

A caller reported there was a woman stopping traffic and swearing at them and people on the street at 2:50 p.m. Sunday on Pleasant Street.

A report of possible explosions at 12:21 a.m. Monday on Lee Street. A caller reported hearing several explosions in the area. Police reported an unsecured screen door at a residence that later secured.

A report of a boat on rocks at 7:11 a.m. Monday on Chestnut Street. A caller reported an 18-foot boat on the rocks. The harbormaster was notified.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 11:34 a.m. Sunday on Riverside Drive. A caller reported his vehicle’s tire was slashed. Police reported the tire was flat on the passenger side, but there was no way to report that the vehicle was actually vandalized.
