Arrests

Kelvin Aguasvivas, of 97 Summit Ave., Winthrop, was arrested on a warrant charge of Class B drug trafficking 36+ grams at 3:22 p.m. Monday.

Raelyn Barrett was arrested on warrant charges of two counts of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, marked lanes violation and leaving the scene of property damage at 11:34 a.m. Tuesday.

Angelica Casco was arrested on warrant charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, unregistered motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday.

Yovani Chilel, 29, of 2 Bloomfield St., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle and on a warrant at 2:41 a.m. Tuesday.

Michael Kinzer, of 9 Cedar St., was arrested on warrant charges of armed robbery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 9:27 a.m. Tuesday.

Rowie Sterling, 23, was arrested and charged with Class A drug possession and on warrant charges of no inspection/sticker and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 10:31 a.m. Tuesday.

Robert Williams was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and unarmed assault to rob at 10:18 a.m. Tuesday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 1:11 a.m. Friday on North Broadway. At least one person was taken to Union Hospital.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 10:45 a.m. Friday on Summer Street; at 3:22 p.m. Friday at Christmas Tree Shop at 28 South Broadway; at 12:06 p.m. Monday on Condon Circle.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 9:38 p.m. Friday at 5 Standish Road.

Complaints

A report of a suspicious person at 3:38 p.m. Friday at 816 Main St. A caller reported a man was taking pictures of her house. Police reported the man took a picture of the street sign; at 10:10 a.m. Saturday at Glen Meadow Park on Trickett Road. A caller reported a person dressed in a clown costume scared two children on bicycles. Police were unable to find the clown.

A report of a disturbance at 12:06 a.m. Sunday at Mitchell and Richards roads; at 8:02 p.m. Sunday at 7 Shady Nook Lane. A caller reported a neighbor’s pool pump was loud. Police spoke with both neighbors.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 12:34 p.m. Friday at 2 Meservey Lane. Arman Kibarian, 43, of 12 Stewart Road Extension, North Reading, was summoned for larceny; at 9:16 p.m. Friday at Center Market at 588 Main St. A caller reported kids in the store stole nicotine products.

MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 10:33 a.m. Monday at Pleasant Street and Ocean Avenue. A caller reported another car intentionally struck his car and drove off.

Complaints

A report of a neighbor dispute at 6:40 p.m. Monday on Lincoln Park. A caller reported he let his dogs out and his neighbors were “shining a light into the yard enticing them to bark and make them go crazy.”

A report of suspicious activity at 6:47 p.m. Monday at Stony Brook Road and Peach Highlands. A caller reported there was a black older model Chevy sedan with two to three males inside possibly involved in drug activity. He said he saw smoke coming from the car with its windows cracked.

A report of a disturbance at 9:49 p.m. Monday on High Street. A caller reported a woman came by the house and said she needed a place to stay. The caller said he hasn’t seen the woman for about five years and that she was possibly drunk or on drugs.

Arrests

Angelica G. Casco, 24, of 303 Western Ave., Apt. 2, Lynn, was arrested and charged with heroin/morphine/opium trafficking and on a warrant at 4:43 p.m. Monday.

Rowie Sterling, 23, of 303 Western Ave., Apt. 2, Lynn, was arrested and charged with OUI drugs, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license subsequent offense, heroin/morphine/opium trafficking, uninsured motor vehicle, operating with a revoked registration and on a warrant at 4:43 p.m. Monday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 5:17 p.m. Monday at 166 Lake St. A head-on collision with rollover, entrapment and injuries was reported. Three cars were involved. One person was taken to Lahey Hospital. Two people were taken to Salem Hospital; at 1:22 p.m. Tuesday at 97 Lake St. and 2 Mulberry Drive. A two-car accident was reported.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 8:26 p.m. Monday at 63 Main St. and 2 Littles Lane; at 2:48 p.m. Tuesday at Gardner Apartments at 22 Pulaski St.

Assaults

A report of an assault and battery at 8:44 a.m. Tuesday at Keys Drive and Essex Place. A bus driver reported a student hit her.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 6:28 a.m. Tuesday at 71 Tremont St.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 10:29 p.m. Monday at Tannery Apartments at 50 Warren St.; at 11:36 p.m. Monday at 7-Eleven at 79 Lowell St. A man was threatening to kill people after asking for money; at 11:57 a.m. Tuesday at 3 Union St.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday at 5 Robin Road. A caller reported a car running in the middle of the road for more than an hour. An officer reported the person was waiting for his parents to be awake to return home.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 12:50 p.m. Tuesday at 2 Calumet St. A caller reported a ring was missing from his home; at 2:42 p.m. Tuesday at Police Department at 6 Allens Lane. A woman came into the station with an empty Amazon box after not receiving her delivery. Amazon reportedly told her to contact police; at 3:35 p.m. Tuesday at Big Y at 637 Lowell St.

A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 3:03 p.m. Tuesday at Police Department at 6 Allens Lane. The vehicle was recovered in Andover.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 1:58 p.m. Tuesday at Northshore Mall at 210N Andover St. A car was reportedly keyed.

Jose Carlos Deandrade, 46, of 7 Park Ave., Apt. 32, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation, assault and battery and resisting arrest at 6:16 p.m. Monday.
