Arnold Edetsberger, 26, of 31 Broad St., was arrested and charged with urinating in public, violation of the open container law, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and threat to commit a crime at 5:46 p.m. Monday.

Marco Ramirez-Guzman, 29, of 43 Trinity St., was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, trespassing with a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of personal injury and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 12:41 a.m. Tuesday.

Loss Prevention reported a man attempting to steal a pocket knife. Two men were trespassed from the store for a year; at 12:16 a.m. Saturday at 90 School St. A caller reported an ongoing issue of a group of kids ringing his doorbell and taking off; at 2:24 a.m. Saturday at Red Roof Inn at 920 Broadway; at 8:59 p.m. Saturday at Bristow Playground on Bristow Street. A caller reported several males were arguing inside the playground with hockey sticks. Police reported there was no fight, and that it was a group of kids playing basketball; at 12:06 a.m. Sunday at Roller World at 425 Broadway. The manager reported three males outside the building trying to destroy railings.

A report of threats at 7:06 a.m. Saturday at Square One Mall. A man driving a sweeper for Millennium Power Sweeper reported he was threatened by another man. The man told police that the other man threatened to shoot him.

A report of suspicious activity at 12:52 p.m. Saturday at Speedway at 240 Broadway. A caller reported a man with no shirt on approached her and told her that he was stabbed. The caller said that the man approached other people as well. Police responded and reported that the man didn’t need any medical services.

A report of a suspicious person at 2:07 p.m. Monday at The Residences at Stevens Pond at 1 Founders Way. A caller reported a suspicious man near the gazebo by Steven Pond was reportedly smoking marijuana. Police reported the man said he was smoking a cigarette and lives in the building.

A report of a building fire at 8:32 p.m. Monday at 64 Howard St. A caller reported her kitchen was on fire. The fire department responded and extinguished the blaze — there was food on the stove that was extinguished.
