A report of a suspicious person at 5:11 p.m. Friday at Donovan’s Liquor at 449 North Broadway. A caller reported a paranoid woman thought helicopters were chasing her. The owner of the store told police that he was familiar with the woman and she was not in need of assistance.

A report of suspicious activity at 5:31 p.m. Friday at 2 Witham St. A caller reported she thought a man in the area was acting sketchy.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 5:02 p.m. Sunday at 7 Sycamore St. A caller reported a few teens in a blue sedan were swearing at her; at 12:51 p.m. Monday at TD Bank at 637 Lowell St. An employee reported there was someone sitting in his car — he was also there on Saturday eating a banana.

A report of suspicious activity at 8:23 p.m. Sunday at Dunkin’ Donuts at 124 Newbury St. An employee reported a man in a silver car followed her into Dunkin’ Donuts, attempted to lock the front door with them inside and was unsuccessful. He then took off in his car.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 5:40 p.m. Sunday at 6 Azalea Lane. A caller reported there was macaroni and cheese on her vehicle.

Ronald Eugene Burnett, 52, of 263 Pearl St., Everett, was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating after a suspended license or right to operate, failure to stop for a police officer while operating a motor vehicle, one-way violation, speeding, malicious destruction of property and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle at 1:10 a.m. Sunday.

Niesa Hernandez, 25, of 266 Bradstreet Ave., Apt. 2, was arrested and charged with three counts of Class C drug possession, OUI drugs and operating after a suspended license or right to operate at 10:33 a.m. Sunday.

Marvin U. Larios, 35, of 47 Main St., Somerville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 3:08 p.m. Saturday.

Amanda Jolene Macdonald, 30, of 469 Main St., Townsend, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked license as a habitual traffic offender and habitual traffic offender at 5:31 p.m. Friday.

Nichole M. Mathieson, 29, of 112 Augustus St., was arrested and charged with two counts of larceny and daytime boat/vehicle breaking and entering for a felony at 1:35 p.m. Friday.

Devin Robert Osborne, 20, of 73 Marshall St., Apt. 2, was arrested and charged with two counts of assault by a dangerous weapon at 7:20 p.m. Friday.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 7:43 p.m. Sunday at Spuds Restaurant at 22 Lincoln Ave.

 

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 1:32 p.m. Sunday at Target at 400 Lynn Fells Parkway. A caller reported that while he was in the parking lot, he saw an older couple throw a carriage into his vehicle. Police reported it was an accidental collision; at 11:02 p.m. Sunday on Bristow Street.

A report of suspicious activity at 8:23 p.m. Sunday at Burger King/Janco Central at 1449 Broadway. A caller reported he saw what he thought were the remains of a body or someone who had been struck by a vehicle in front of the business. Police reported the items in question were a large sandbag and a paint can with leaking paint.
